Unimpressed with my first order which was put through on 2nd July and was scheduled to arrive by 8th July, it is now 13th July. I sent emails on 9th July and 11th July asking for an update, and received no reply. Gave 1 star as they seemed to ship the next day 3rd July. The Royal Mail app has been unable to locate my tracking number from day of shipping. I would've been happy to work with delayed delivery, but the non response to my emails (each sent to separate email addresses as advised on the confirmation email) means that I now just want a refund- unsure whether I will get one though. Disappointed as they had such good reviews, just as well I didn't put through a bigger order as their prices were temptingly reasonable. Just goes to show...

Professional Misconduct: Order #1145 – Incorrect Dispatch & Zero Support

I am writing this public notice to warn potential customers about the unprofessional and fraudulent nature of this business.
I placed order #1145 on June 22, 2026. I purchased the "Wella Straight Neutralizer (Emulsion Cream)," but the warehouse dispatched the "Wella Perform Perm Neutralizer (Liquid)" instead. These are entirely different chemical formulations—orange cream for hair straightening versus purple liquid for perming. As a professional, I cannot use the incorrect product, and the item sent is useless for my services.
Despite providing clear photographic evidence of the error alongside the invoice, this company has completely ignored my communications.
1. The phone number listed on their website is invalid/fake.
2. My formal emails have been met with total silence.
3. Their "Customer Support" is nothing more than an automated chatbot that admits it cannot process returns and confirms there is no human support available.
This is a clear failure to fulfill a contract and a complete lack of accountability. I am now forced to dispute this charge through my payment provider. Avoid this business at all costs; they take your money and provide zero support when they make mistakes.
