hajjumrahhub.co.uk

Brilliant service excellent coustmer service from brother MOHSIN InshaAllah in furture I would only like to deal with him JzkAllah khair.

I paid £1,776 for an Umrah package with Hajj Umrah Hub, expecting reliable flights, suitable accommodation and professional support. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely stressful and disappointing.

I was initially told that my departure flight had been cancelled and was asked to pay an additional £235, which I paid. I then repeatedly contacted their representative to confirm that my return flight was secure. I was reassured several times that everything was confirmed, only to later be told that my return flight had also been cancelled and that I needed to pay more. I was eventually told I only needed to pay £80. This lack of clear communication and transparency was extremely frustrating.

The accommodation was an even bigger disappointment. The package was advertised as including a 3-star hotel, but the hotel conditions were very uncomfortable and extremely unhygienic. We had booked a double room but were given a room with 3–4 beds. When I raised my concerns, I was told that the hotel issue was not Hajj Umrah Hub’s responsibility and that it was “manageable.”

I paid a significant amount for this package and did not receive the standard of service and accommodation I was promised. The additional costs, inconvenience, stress and poor accommodation significantly affected what should have been a peaceful and meaningful journey.

I believe Hajj Umrah Hub should take responsibility and provide a fair and meaningful compensation/refund for the services that were not delivered as advertised. I would also expect a clear explanation of the additional flight charges and why I was repeatedly assured that my return flight was confirmed when it was later cancelled.

Great service as always. Booked many times with these providers

Shahid helped me get the tickets I wanted for a really good price, very good communication, very responsive and made the whole book process a lot more smoother

Saad was very helpful in helping me find good deals and packages on umrah flights. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from HajjumrahHub – Highly Recommended!

I had an excellent experience with HajjumrahHub.co.uk, especially with Abdullah Adviser, who provided outstanding and professional service throughout the whole process.

I needed help with Saudi ETA 2-year visas, and at the time I tried several other agents, but the Saudi/KSA website was extremely difficult to access and kept having problems. Abdullah was incredibly patient and worked very hard to get everything completed.

He spent a long time repeatedly trying to load and access the system, and eventually successfully completed the visa applications for my wife and all four of my children. I really appreciate the time, effort and determination he put into helping my family.

Abdullah is very polite, confident, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything clearly and was always helpful and respectful. His service was also very reasonably priced, especially considering how much effort he put into resolving the technical difficulties.

I would strongly recommend Abdullah and HajjumrahHub to anyone looking for help with Saudi visas or an Umrah package.

They also offer very good Umrah packages and excellent hotel options at reasonable prices. If you are planning Umrah, I would definitely recommend contacting Abdullah and giving HajjumrahHub a try.

Thank you very much, Abdullah, for your fantastic service and for going the extra mile to help my family. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Highly recommended! Arif.

Thanks very much for your cooperation especially Abdullah for his quick response and great customer service.

From the very beginning, Abdullah/ Ali made the entire Umrah booking process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and tailored every part of the package to suit my needs. From the flights and hotels to the transport and ziyārahs, everything was arranged exactly as I had requested.
Throughout the trip, whenever I had any questions or ran into any issues, especially with transport, Abdullah was always available and sorted everything quickly and professionally. His communication was excellent, and I always felt reassured knowing he was only a message away.
If you're looking for someone who is trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely cares about making your Umrah experience as easy and comfortable as possible, I couldn't recommend Abdullah enough. He works hard to find a package that fits your needs and budget without compromising on quality.
JazakAllahu khayran, Abdullah, for helping make this journey so memorable. May Allah reward you abundantly and place barakah in all that you do. Āmīn
