Excellent service from all the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. Thank you for making my experience so pleasant. Highly recommended!

Shamir was extremely helpful, answering all my questions with patience and adjusting the booking exactly as I requested without complaint

I was acompanied by Umar, who made my umrah planning very easy and simple and he gave me the details straight away without any unnecessary steps.

I spoke with an adviser by the name of Shamir to find out about their Hajj packages. He was quite knowledgeable about the whole process and was very helpful and honest with his answers. Will highly recommend.

It was a very nice experience and their response was respectful. We wish them success.

My travel agent was Shahid. For our first Umrah, we were really nervous, but thanks to the amazing support we received from Brother Shahid, everything went smoothly and beautifully. Our first Umrah couldn’t have been better.
I will recommend Brother Shahid to my family, and in shā’ Allāh, we will book our Umrah with him again.

A perfect experience from start to finish. Brother shahid was an amazing person dealing with everything. He was always at hand even while we were away. Would strongly recommend and inshallah hoping to go again soon and will definitely be calling my brother shahid again

Travel consultant shahid was an amazing support person to have. He made my umrah experience really joyful, memorable and something to always remember. I got the best views in Makkah and Madina which was convenient because of having disabled individuals with us and it made everything a lot more easier. He was available as a 24hrs support checked up on us regularly and made sure everything went smoothly. I really recommend brother shahid.

My travel agent was Shahid he was an amazing support, reassured me and was available from time to time. He did our flights, luggage, transport, best hotel and ziyrat in both makkah and madina which was amazing. Everything went smoothly for my first umrah with my family. I have recommended brother Shahid to my family and friends who will inshallah book with him again this year. The best agent for umrah or hajj planning.

We had an overall very good experience. 5* to our agent Mazhar.
The hotel stays at Pullman zamzam in Mecca went especially smooth. The medina hotel Rotana Al Manakah was arranged last minute as the Pullman zamzam medina was overbooked. Apart from that minor hiccup which was resolved quickly everything went really well Alhamdulilah. I would recommend and use again.

I had a wonderful experience with hajjumrahhub. Mr Mazhar was so helpful he made our umrah trip so smooth Alhamdulillah. He had assisted us through out the whole trip. All the time he was available to help us out even when we were in Saudi. JazakAllah khair.
Highly recommended 👍

Spoke to Shamir today and he very kindly and patiently explained the step by step instructions to apply for hajj using nusuk app.
Thanks Shamir. Great job.

Alhamdulillah what an amazing experience, i travelled with my famiy and they really enjoyed all the experience. A big shout out to brother Ibthsaam who looked after me through out the travels.

I enquired about an Umrah package in February 2026 for travel in August 2026 with Islamic Travel. Sister Zara assisted me throughout the process and provided a package that suited my family’s needs well.

I paid a deposit to secure the booking, but due to some family commitments, I later needed to postpone the trip. When I contacted them, Sister Zara was understanding and helped reschedule the package without any issues.

So far, the service has been very good, and I’m looking forward to the same level of support throughout my journey until my return from Umrah.

I've been searching online for a group package to Mecca and Medina and found your business online, I reached out through WhatsApp.

Zara who helped me thoroughly to find a very good package for me, even on a Sunday which surprised me, because it's supposed to be a chill day with family but she was very attentive to her work giving me the best deals.

She is a asset to your company her dedication showing me different deals was outstanding to customers service in my eyes.

At the moment the group is still deciding to go ahead with the package.

Fast and efficient response given when enquiring about packages. Zara was prompt at adjusting package to requirements. Definitely recommend.

Shamir great help and good prices
