Good quality costume. Not a shabby one time use costume. The value may not have been the greatest, but for a quality costume it was worth the extra dollars spent.

My son loved this costume. He wears a 3T in normal clothes, I ordered him the 4 and it fit pretty well. It was a little big but it made it really easy to layer clothes underneath for the cold Midwest temps. It shipped quickly. Very happy with this purchase.

I was a little hesitant in buying a costume online but now I feel that I will never step foot in a store again to purchase my son's costume. His costume fit him well and it also came earlier than expected. I was very pleased also with the quantity of costumes they had because I couldn't find one anywhere in my county.

We purchased Elvis costume for my 2.5 yr old son. He's a true 3t but can wear some 2t and some 4t things. We ordered2-4t costume. It is so short on him the bottom of the legs nearly come to his knees. It's a cute costume but runs so small it's crazy. It was a waste of money.

My costume was damaged when arrived. I emailed support and they immediately shipped a replacement part and sent a tracking number.

Only thing would be to better protect plastic pieces of costume from damage in shipping, or convincing the mail carrier (UPS surepost) to not cram a box into the mailbox that would barely fit.

Super fast delivery and great costume

I ordered shoes for my wedding, yes I said wedding. They are PERFECT!!!! And arrived within a couple of days. Im ecstatic!!! I had went all over in town trying to find shoes for my wedding and couldn't find what I wanted anymore. I seen these shoes on your website in an advertisement and was like "Ohhhh that's it". I looked and they were PERFECT!! Thank you so much for the great customer service, speedy delivery and making my wedding day stress go byebye and having the perfect shoes for my wedding day!!!!!

Mark sent out a second shipment which never arrived either.
I dont think the tracking number even worked this time.

I ordered blue princess dress for my 6 y. o.
just took it of the package the bottom part of the dress cracked, now need to think how to fix it. Also, on the web page you don't have a clear list of the order parts, so you don't know what you will get and what parts you need to order separate.

I ordered a piñata for my son's birthday, and received 4 pink boxes of cupcake holders. I don't even know how they mixed that order up, they aren't similar in the slightest bit.

Needed a costume in a hurry, so ordered online.....it came when it was supposed to and the product condition was great.

Great price, great product, and it arrived just a few days after my order. :)

I ordered a costume, which was sent out in a timely manner, but weather conditions delayed the delivery by 2 weeks. During that time, I called customer service at least 2 dozen times and they have an automated system that simply disconnects your calls!!!
I e-mailed several times and again, zero response. I never was able to connect with anyone in the company, and tried with every option H24 showed available.
Ultimately, I have shipped the item back and am now doing a charge-back on my credit card payment to Halloween24, since they will not respond to any communications.
Good luck with ordering from them folks.......

I bought the BATMAN 60's Grand Heritage costume from Halloween 24.com.
I am very pleased with the quality of this costume and the fit as well.
Leanne was great in helping me correct a defective utility belt that came with the costume.
I was mailed out a replacement belt in a very timely manner.

When you buy "at distance" the quality of the products and the quality of the communication from the vendor can both make your decision either a good one, or a not-so-good experience. Halloween24.com was exceptional at both of those vital requirements -- the product was of high quality (teen daughter was very pleased) and their communication along the way was friendly, timely, correct, and made the sale both comfortable and easy. I have bought several costumes online and am picky when it comes to store-bought costumes. I do not think they are all of equal quality. I want an authentic looking costume without spending a lot of money. The Cleopatra costume we purchased from Halloween24 is one of the best quality costumes for the buck. The dress is lined and gives the outfit a higher-end look and feel . The dress velcros together nicely and fits perfectly. The blue and gold decroation on the dress and collar are very attractive. I ordered the gold snake armband as well. It is hard to wrap around my daughters arm so that it stays on. Overall I am very pleased with this costume.
