my dress came exactly on time. I believe it was a day early. The communication between me and the dressmaker was great. The dress came just as the picture and for such a low price it’s nothing more I could really ask for. Overall the great experience and I will be buying another dress.

Buyer beware! Terrible experience. This is a China based company. Takes forever to get the product. The products don’t match the pictures. Then they don’t honor a simple return. There’s this automatic generated email when you request a return. It’s a day or more after each email to get a response. Then they tell you it has to be mailed back to China. Then they offer a partial refund and you keep the item to throw away. What a joke. I’m certain many others have never gotten a full refund. If you dare buy from here you’ve been warned. This isn’t a legit company. It’s from China. That says it all.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter and it’s so beautiful and fits perfect. I was worried that it wouldn’t be in on time but after messaging the company I was reassured that it would be delivered before the date. I definitely recommend Luluslly if you’re looking for a formal dress.

Dress looked exactly like inspiration

The dress was everything that my daughter wanted and more. The dresses surpassed my expectations and she has the biggest smile and says her prom will be amazing! Thank you all so much worth every dollar!

Dress literally falling apart and only offered me 30 dollars to fix it. Have not even worn the dress out once yet have only worn it at home for less then an hour to see how it fits and have had at least 20 beads fall off just walking on the carpet at home. They accuse me of wearing the dress several times and make things up. The gems are thrown on with so little care, do not expect quality from this company, you will be ripped off. Have sent them photos for proof and they tell me I can just sew it myself. Who says this? It's crazy.

I got a customized dress and the customer service was top tier! Not only were they so responsive, they ensured that my dress would be everything I wanted and it came out so much better than I expected!!

Achtung die Kleider können nicht mehr zurückgeschickt werden. Habe ein Kleid mit den von der Homepage angegebenen Farben und Größen bestellt. Kleid hat nicht gefallen, da es nicht gleich wie Abbildung war, dennoch wurde die Rückerstattung abgelehnt mit der Begründung dass es eine Sonderfarbe ist und extra genäht worden ist. Es gibt auf der Homepage keinen Hinweis, dass die angegebenen Farben Sonderfarben sind und die Kleider extra angefertigt und nicht erstattet werden. Absolute Abzocke!!!@

We provided her custom measurements, and the fit was spot-on—no alterations needed! The dress arrived exactly when it was supposed to, and the craftsmanship was impressive. SCAM!! I paid for rush order which would be shipped out 12 business days, per fedex label was made however they do not have the package in their possession. I have contacted Chloe but of course, no response.
