I am disappointed with the service and poor communication from your service team.
I ordered a 40th pamper pack on Friday 31/1/25 ask to have it delivered on Saturday as your website states weekend deliveries available. I was told not possible as it was not in the metropolitan area. Fine. Requested that it be delivered on the morning of Tuesday 4/2/2025 as this was my friend birthday. I contacted your service team on 10.30 requesting a delivery time. I was told that my order was on board and they would get back to me. After numerous calls that I made( not your team) the pamper box was still not delivered in the morning.
I am very disappointed with the services it was not delivered until 5.29 pm. I paid for the pamper pack and a delivery fee.

Great product choices but not what we ordered.
The online booking platform was very easy to use and offered plenty of options, which I appreciated. However, the issues we experienced are why I’m giving a 3-star rating.
First, we paid extra to ensure the delivery was made on a specific date, as we needed to coordinate with the recipient’s schedule. Unfortunately, the delivery was made two days earlier than requested, completely undermining our efforts to plan properly.
Second, I had ordered a specific bottle of whiskey, but it was replaced with a different brand without any prior notification. Had I been informed, I would have chosen an alternative myself rather than settling for a substitution.
These issues were disappointing, as they detracted from what could have been a smooth and satisfying experience.

I requested the delivery date to be the 24th Jan so it would arrive before the wedding on the 25th and it arrived 2 days earlier which I am so pleased about. Thank you. I’m very disappointed I ordered this hamper on Wednesday and paid for express delivery but is getting delivered next Tuesday instead of this Thursday. I would expect a refund for the express shipping. This is the second time this has happened I will not be using your services again.
