It was my first time ordering but it…
It was my first time ordering but it was clear how to order and my questions were answered in the section of Q&A. There was also a little" type in your question" box which I did use but didn't need to wait for a reply as the information was there when I looked better. You also had a very good range to choose from with nice descriptions of what was inside. Delivery was prompt I know as the recipient told me a nice surprise had arrived. Thank-you.

Grief done differently
Sending a bunch of flowers when someone had past felt too cliche, but Hampers with bite allowed us to send a gift that would encourage our recipient to do some self-care and reflection on who their mum was to them. The package had a lovely candle, tea and other products. Such a lovely gift and was well received.

First time I have used Hampers With Bite and could not be more impressed. I ordered the Botanica Pamper Hamper, high quality, more than reasonably priced and fast delivery. I will be using them again!

Would highly recommend
I had a very positive first time experience using “Hampers with Bite”. I found all staff I interacted with to be friendly, helpful and very professional. So 5/5 for customer service and prompt delivery. My sister-in-law “Sue” was thrilled with her Botanica Hamper Pack. I will definitely recommend your business to my family and friends and I will most certainly use your company again. Thank you!

Great products and service
I found the site easy to use and you have a great range of hampers which are all really good value. I recently received a hamper recently which was awesome. The products within the hamper were of excellent quality. It is for this reason when the time came to send a gift I chose Hampers With Bite. A top quality business, keep up the great service.

NOT DELIVERED
Ordered on the Wednesday for Friday delivery (for Sunday 60th birthday gift)
WASN'T DELIVERED and won't be delivered until the following Tuesday at the earliest
Not much point as the birthday will have passed
Customer service VERY UNHELPFUL Just kept saying "We can't help you" Not even any compensation offered
I have been forced to spend more money at a different company on something that has been delivered
If you want your order delivered on time DON'T USE HAMPERS WITH BITE

Hi Jenny,
Thank you for taking the time to leave an honest review.
I am sorry that you were left feeling disappointed with your experience with us. After reviewing the transcripts of the calls, I understand that although you weren't explicitly told that "we can't help you", we needed to contact our courier's account manager and arrange a refund of your shipping costs.
I understand that our communication wasn't as clear as it could have been, and we have taken your feedback on board. We have provided additional training to the team and would like to apologize again for the delayed delivery. Unfortunately, as we use a third-party courier, we do rely on them to deliver within the time frames provided to us. However, sometimes there might be delays within the postal network.
As we discussed, we organized an upgraded apology hamper for your recipient, and delivery was completed the next business day. I hope this gave you the opportunity to see that this is how the majority of our orders go.
Jenny, I would like to thank you again, for your honest review and appreciate your feedback.
Enjoy your day!
Kind regards,
Bryleigh | HWB Customer Support

above and beond customer service
This was my first order with this company. I ordered a hamper to be delivered the next business day. when I checked the tracking it was not delivered due to there being no safe place to leave it. It seems as if the Aust Post courier did not bother to ring the intercom. I rang the company and they promised a redilevery on the next day. That same evening the hamper was delivered. I was very impressed that they managed to arrange that, given that Aust Post do not deliver after hours as a rule. Would definitely recommend this company for excellent customer service.

Seamless Experience
They have a wide variety of hamper options. I had a seamless transaction from ordering online to live chat support, to delivery tracking. I appreciate that the parcel arrived on time for my brother to receive his birthday gifts. You'll feel good with every purchase at Hampers with Bite because they give back to the community by feeding the children. Thank you!
