We ordered a fridge freezer at 3:00 P.M. on a Sunday and it came at 10:00 A.M. the very next morning. The men who came were extremely pleasant and friendly. They quickly installed the fridge freezer and took our old one away and removed all the packaging. We were so impressed with the efficiency and customer service of Hanson Electrical. We have not used Hanson Electrical before, but we will buy all our electrical appliances from them in the future.

Easy to order online, received phone call to confirm delivery date and time and answered all queries. Very friendly and helpful. Delivery was on time as scheduled

I purchased a small fridge to replace one that was no longer working, for my parents who are in their mid 80's. They were concerned as neither of them can lift anything heavy. Hanson's rang me as soon as I had mentioned this on the order, and reassured me that the delivery men would do everything. This was the case and my parents were not only pleased with their new fridge, but delighted with the way it was delivered etc.

We visited the Willerby Rd store today at 2.45 to look at washing machines we were approached by a sales man told him just looking after the 3rd time of approach he started saying bosch have a deal on we told him we weren't interested in that make at which point he became very confrontational saying that hover were very tinny and that he couldn't show us anything else so after a quick look at another washing machine we left only to order the one we wanted from AO won't be giving them our custom

2 lovely men came to my grandmas house to deliver a fridge and take away the old one. The men was really kind and understanding and waited for me to arrive as my grandma struggles with Alzheimer’s but they was so understanding and even helped me with emptying the old fridge ! Would definitely recommend.
