I ordered a DAB Digital Radio Omni Antenna Mounting Aerial Complete Kit inc Pole + Ends from this company on 3rd of April that was dispatched and delivered in good time. Unfortunately the wrong wire colour was in the pack when I opened it. No problem, I texted to say I needed the black wire to to match the other aerial down-leads and could I exchange the white 10 metres. the response was instant, correct wire on the way and keep the white as supplied! Phone call followed from Peter apologising for the mistake, This is the kind of help and service that makes a small company so pleasurable to deal with. Antenna now mounted high outside and pulling in stations as far as the next county thanks to Graham and his staff.

The record player we bought had a crack in the plastic lid. They were brilliant at getting it sorted and very good at communicating. A lot of the reviews say how well they did with products. DPD experienced an unexplained delay, but I can't blame Digitalis for that. Except perhaps for choosing DPD, who do this regularly.

I came across Digitalis when looking for a subwoofer. They had my choice in stock - Edifier T5. I emailed them to ask about compatibility with my current setup. I had a speedy reply which confirmed it was so my order was placed later. I received the item on the scheduled day. It sits very well in my system and I'm one happy bunny.
