Brilliant customer service!
Brilliant customer service from start to finish. Ordering and initial delivery process was seamless, then once we realised the first turntable delivered was not working as it should, Digitalis were incredible in responding and suggesting things to check, before confirming with the manufacturer that the turntable was faulty. A replacement was sent and delivered in less than 24 hours and is working perfectly. Highly recommend and a massive thanks to Julie for providing such great customer service.

Free next day delivery. Notified by carrier of the expected delivery time and was punctual. Item was as described and well packaged for protection.
Ordering was easy and paid with Paypal which offered me pay in three so definately win win. The record deck and speakers are just what I wanted and hubby checked reviews ( after I bought it) and was surprised I had bought really well.
