Ive been trying to return an unopened…
Ive been trying to return an unopened footstool with no luck! Website advises to email which i have done multiple times since 18th September asking for the process to return as i no longer want the item. They have simply ignored my request and offered me £9 refund to keep the item! I do not want it whatsoever. I will be going away and have explained that to them so i need to process the return asap.
Never ordering from here again!

My grandson loves his tent and it is a good size so he can fit all his toys in it with him. It arrived quickly and well packaged, for a pop up tent I found it was simple to collapse as well (which is a definite plus) . I will definitely order off H&O again.

I've just purchased 10 square meters of self adhesive tiles. I was a bit wary as the price I paid was excellent. Far better than other suppliers. Laid them today and couldn't believe how easy it was. The tiles cut easily,with a sharp blade, and very easy to install. Couple of edges lifted slightly, easy remided with a touch of glue, probably didn't prepare the floor properly! Being in my 70's I was quite elated. I would recommend this company anytime. Thank you 😊
