I really enjoyed speaking with Lorna during her visit. She was friendly, approachable and took the time to explain the services available clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. She was genuinely interested in helping and answered any questions I had. I found her very helpful and look forward to seeing her here again in the future.

We were really pleased to have Lorna in the building for the week. From day one, she was fantastic with the team, taking the time to speak to people directly at the frame, which saved them having to leave their work area and made it much easier for them to engage with her.
Lorna quickly built a great rapport with everyone she spoke to and explained the services clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. She was approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping people get the most out of what was available to them.
The feedback from my team was excellent. They found her friendly, professional, and very helpful, and as a result she encouraged a lot of colleagues to sign up. It was clear she made a real impact during her visit.
Overall, it was a great experience having Lorna on site; and we would be more than happy to welcome her back again in the Future. She’s a real credit to your company .

Fantastic product

When it works it's fine, but this morning I tried to get a discount code for Cineworld to get a cheaper movie entry, was met with a message that keeps saying billing address wrong and then I got locked out.

The worst but, I try to contact the number for customer services that I found on this page and the Customer Service line is closed... It's 1030 in the morning!!! Ruined my plans for the day!
