Happy Days Heathrow Parking Reviews 

Took a while to get a refund (more than 30 days)

Each time you call them, they say somebody will call/email me back. This has been ongoing for a month to a point I had to provide them with a deadline and that I will apply for a small claims court order.

The positive is that whenever I spoke to them on the phone, they were kind and always answered straight away.

Second time we've used Happy Days, staff are helpful and friendly, swift to bring car back after arrival. Good value service, happy to use again.

DO NOT USE Happy Days meet & greet, our flight was delayed on our return leg, I called them for 6 hours and made 30 calls from midnight to 6.15am before someone texted me back and it took them another hour before our car arrived at the car park7:15am we had to sleep at the airport with my 2 children and my wife until they arrived at 7:15am. They also charged me £25 extra even though they had no one answer my calls or my text messages and we had to wait over 7 hours for our car. We paid them and asked for a receipt and he dropped his envelope with the £25 and then thought my wife has taken the money back and he grabbed her arm tight and attacked her and shouted give me the money back. I had to put him away from my wife. I will report them to the police and fair trading standards. They have breached their term and conditions and attached customers. Stay away from this scammer and aggressive driver. Please check Google review to see a photo of the aggressive man who attacked my wife.

This company should be avoided at all costs. Our flight was delayed by a few hours which lead to us arriving in heathrow after 12am. They did not respond at all. All landlines were not attended, none of the phone numbers we had called for drop off had worked, and they were threatening to charge us £20 for staying after midnight, cash only, which should definitely be forfeited in the case of waiting overnight and having to sleep on a plastic chair. They then gave us bank details to transfer £20 to them.

Had to wait until 6.30am before they even responded. was just sat in heathrow for all those hours.

We were told we ‘should have just called’ or ‘should have emailed’ as per the email. We read through the email many a time through that period and the landline we called numerous times and left voicemails remained unanswered for those 7 hours.

The service went well and the driver arrangement was well controlled. However, as a new user if this service I did not know about the driver drop off charge. I was informed by the driver who said he would pay the charge. I gave him the money and went to check in. On my return I had a Charge Notice the money was not paid. I contacted Happy Days by email and they never responded.

They park your car a long way away. Over 15miles . It’s not true meet and greet as you wait a long time for them to deliver it back . Feel missold. I booked through FHR so was only told that it was Happy Days after booking and now see they have a low score. Best in mind they drive your car a long way to park it plus you pay entry and exit car park fee minimum £7.50. Wouldn’t use again

I booked Meet and Greet parking with this company via Bookfhr. While Bookfhr have a good Trustpilot score, this company does not. Obviously you cannot check this prior to booking as you do not know who the booking company is going to use.

I was given two landline number numbers to phone 20 minutes prior to arrival at LHR. I called both numbers multple times both at the appointed time and on arrival at the airport. On no occasion was either number recognised. Due to extemely bad traffic conditions on both the M1 and M25 I arrived at LHR 10 minutes after my ETA. I approached around 20 drivers at the Meet and Greet drop off point and nome of them admitted to working for Happy Days or even to have heard of them.

Bookfhr did not respond to my problem in a timely manner so I ended up having to book the long stay car park which cost me £170.

All went well and no complaints at all. I had been a bit concerned at some of the negative reviews, so called the family run company. It's easy these days to let a small niggle become a major complaint and adversely affect a business. I put my trust in them and was more than satisfied. We shall certainly use Happy Days again.

I have been a loyal customer of Happy Days Parking for the past couple of years, and I can't speak highly enough about their services. Throughout my time using their facilities, I have consistently experienced outstanding service, convenience, and reliability.

In the past, I have arrived late on a few occasions, and Happy Days Parking has always been accommodating and understanding. Their staff is always friendly and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I've read some of the negative reviews, and honestly, some customers do tend to exaggerate or misrepresent their experiences. Please don't be deterred by those few negative comments. You can take my word for it: Happy Days Parking is a trustworthy and dependable company.

If you're looking for a parking service that you can rely on, I highly recommend Happy Days Parking. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve been using Happy Days since they first started. Always good service. Always apologise if they are late. Ryan is just the best. Professional, helpful and courteous. It’s not easy to coordinate between many terminals and many customers needing pick up and drop off. Came here to leave a good review and was quite shocked to read people’s bad reviews. Wow! For waiting a little bit. There are two wars happening in the world! Anyway, just wanted to send HAPPY DAYS PARKING some love ♥️ and say THANK YOU for your service.

Had to wait for driver at LHR T5 on pick up for 25 minutes - event at 9pm.
There was a used CapriSun fruit drink pouch left on the back seat. The radio was fiddled with requiring us to re-programme.

Expect faster service and more respect for our property.

Dropped my car at Heathrow at the appointed spot, the person coming to pick it up was late and could not find us, despite being where we were told to wait. She apologised and gave the excuse that she was quite flustered because it was her sons exam the following day!
On pick up I called when we got our bags,10.30am on a Tuesday so no traffic issues. I was told there were no drivers for 10 minutes and could I have a coffee and wait 10 mins? After 10 mins we went to the ca park and waited another 10 mins, called and there were still no drivers and the woman answering the phone said it was not her fault, she was just the controller.....not sure who would take responsibility other than a controller, clue being in the title!
Basically someone turned up 45 minutes after I had first called.

I use happy days on every holiday I go on. I have never had any issue with the service. My car is always returned in good condition.

DO NOT USE!! Cowboys!! I wish I had checked the reviews before using them. Like so many we too had a really bad experience with Happy Days Meet & Greet. We booked through BookingFHR.com that have great reviews...but they use third parties...namely Happy Days. Unfortunately I didn't pick up on that on my email confirmation. Firstly we were 23 min late and had to pay £20 to have the driver come back to meet us...they obviously bank on the fact that you need them to take the car off you because you are catching a flight and are time restricted. When we returned from our Holiday they delivered our car with a dent on it. When I called them the next day to complain the man on the phone was so rude, and kept shouting over me so I could hardly get a word in. Awful....It was almost like he was expecting my call because as soon as I started talking he talked and shouted over me. They of course claim the dent was there at pick up and provided pictures with date and time showing the dent. With todays technology you can just download software that allows you to change the date and time on pictures with ease, but because we didn't take pictures before handing over the car, it is our word against them. So infuriating that they time and time gets away with it. I see on the reviews that I'm not the only one this has happened to. If you end up using them protect yourself and take a video/pictures of the car with the driver in it before handing your car over to them.

Terrible service.
We booked online to have meet & greet at Heathrow and all was looking good. On the day, we called the company to inform them that we are 30 min away from the airport and the person who answered told us that the driver coming to collect our car is stuck on traffic and a bit delayed. In fact, the driver arrived 45 min later than booked and the worst was that was unable to provide any form of identification. The driver claimed that she has no Id with her, or maybe she just did not want to show it, which is equally strange. I called back the company to ask them to identify the driver, and they confirmed the driver is a female driver and that she has no Id on her. I had to choose between missing my flight or giving away my car to a stranger. The person on the phone assured me that all is legal and that I have the confirmation for the booking on my email which is enough to confirm that they collected my car.
I left the car and they the return was on time when I came back from my holiday.
However, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

IF I COULD GIVE MINUS STARS I WOULD. BOOKED THROUGH COMPAREYOURPARKING.CO.UK AND CHOSE HAPPY DAYS. ON ARRIVAL THEY DENIED THE BOOKING. THERE WERE NO SIGNS AND THE PARKING DID NOT EXIST. THIS WAS AT 0500 hrs AND I HAD TO CATCH A FLIGHT TO CHICAGO AT0830hrs.ABSOLUTE PANIC SET IN BUT LUCKY TO FIND SPOT AT PURPLE PARKING. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER AND I WOULD NEVER USE THIS TYPE OF BOOKING AGAIN.

DO NOT USE. APPALLING SERVICE Nothing happy or good to say about this service. Most people use meet & greet for speed/convenience. Drop off service was abismal. Kept calling to confirm arrival 30 mins ahead as instructed. No answer. When they finally did answer it was a 30min wait before being able to hand keys over (to apparently the owner who promised a better service on return). Return flight arrival time given in advance. I even texted the owner in advance to say I’d landed. Called for return of car and told driver will be there in
2 mins. Great. Got a call back to say driver will be there in 15 mins. Driver arrived 35 mins later. Female driver, who couldn’t even work out how to switch the car off or put it into park mode. Terrible service. I will never ever use this unprofessional outfit ever again. Book if you feel like wasting money. I’d have got my car quicker if I’d booked it inna further away car park with a shuttle bus service.

T4 parking. Our instructions as to where to go for meet and greet were followed to the letter but the person collecting didn't seem to know where we were. Similar confusion on return and wrong phone contact given.
Worst of all I asked the company to charge my EV whilst I was away and despite several emails agreeing this in writing they managed not to know anything about it and didn't do it. This caused be an additional delay after a 16 journey to get home.
On sending a nice email complaining about their lack of charging my car they have simply not bothered to reply.
Avoid this company, the cheaper price isn't worth it.

To be honest the man who picked up and dropped my car off, for the most part was nice BUT I specifically asked that they don’t touch my dash cam, and when I got back the SD card was hanging out and bent. The Dash cam was also unplugged and in my cub holder and the dash cam cables hanging.

Though the exterior of the car was fine I was still annoyed. Because unless they are hiding stuff why do all of that, I drove to where they parked my car ( as my Mercedes has a inbuilt GPS- so I knew when and where it was parked) , while outside I called the site manager who told me he wasn’t there but that I can email “help at happydaysparking“ email which I did with pictures and I asked they reimburse me as they didn’t have to do all of that. I actually wouldn’t have minded if they simply pressed the erase memory button on camera. Anyways the site manager told me on the phone that they have expensive cars such as Lamborghinis parked, and maintaining security for all cars is important to them. Which sounded like a very silly reply, unless one is hiding something not legal I don’t understand the measures they think they are taking. They didn’t reply to my email.
Anyways i used them end of July into august, so very recently- don’t waste your money.

Use at your own risk, unplug any dash cam you have. Because I’m big on principles they get a 1 star.
