Happy Days Heathrow Parking Reviews 

Absolutely awful. They took 50 mins to come and collect my car so I missed my onward journey. They didn’t care, didn’t apologies and made it all out to be my fault. I was sobbing as I had missed my onward connection and all he wanted was more money off me. Horrid horrid company, do not use.

Do not use. The hassle, extra charges and stress is not worth the discount.

Dreadful. Despite giving my drop of time and confirming it 3 times on phone on my way to airport there was no one to meet me. I waited 30 minutes and then had to abandon car as I was in danger of missing my flight. On my return had to await 45 minutes for my car to arrive and then made to pay three times the normal car park charge for my drop off. As per a previous review I was under the impression parking charges included. I emailed the company on several occasions to query this charge and why three times more than actual rate. Zero replies. Avoid this company.

Dreadful and misleading service. £5.30 to be paid when dropping off the car. The website claims that there are no hidden charges but I was £35 charged for an extra day because of flight delays - the website says it is £15 per day. The car was dropped off to me over an hour after I called them when arriving back ( in the pouring rain ) and Heathrow have now sent me a parking penalty for using the drop off zone ( which Happy Days directed me to use ) for a further £40. The worst and oddly most expensive way to park at Heathrow

Don't use them! They were rude and put 40 miles on the car, and took out the SD card out of our dash camera and it is nowhere to be seen. Wonder why they felt they had to remove it!

Have used Happy Days parking before and had a good experience, efficient drop off and collection. Not so smooth this time. Website says drop off and collect at short stay car park and that there are no hidden extras to cost. This is not true. They are still using the drop off zone and making the customer pick up the £5 charge so cost of your parking £10 more than you expect overall. I’m also sat here at T5 an hour after I collected my bags and no car. Will not use again. Purple parking a better bet.

Great service will definitely use you guys again dropped and picked up car on time but all in best company I’ve used for airport parking car.

Want to give a thanks to the valet team for washing my car in and out and sprayed some nice spray in the car.

This company is very trustworthy and reliable very customer friendly and supplies a great service.

Guys this is a company that you need to book with very good pricing and very good customer service picked up my car on time and dropped my car off on time thank you Happy Days Parking for the wonderful service you provide for my family next time I’ll use you guys again.

Since October 2021 until today ,I have not received a refund and although I canceled my reservation with this company according to the rules, it is a very bad company
I do not recommend dealing with it

I thought the price quoted for my trip was very competitive so I went ahead and booked and was extremely happy with the service I received. The driver was waiting for me when I dropped off my car early in the morning and the service was quick and efficient. On my return, the driver kept me updated and told me to wait in the terminal as it was raining, and they called as they arrived. I recommend this service, and I am about to book Happy Days for my next trip.

Dealt with Zak who was exceptionally helpful and professional, especially as I made an error with my booking. He helped sort it out with minimal hassle. Will 100% use again.

Have been using Happy Days valet Parking at Heathrow T5 for about 10 years and generally had excellent experience. However in the past 4 months prices have suddenly massively increased (+30% & I have before/after receipts) + now adding £5 drop off and £5 pick up parking fee. Arrived tonight and called the return number 17 times over 23 minutes just getting message to say “voicemail full, goodbye”. Eventually they called me back and advise 20 minutes for car drop off. Hung up on me when I tried to complain. Make your own mind up…… it’s not really valet parking is it. I could have got the bus.

Awful company avoid, rude customer service. Take ages to bring car and leave u in the freezing cold waiting making up different excuses to different customers why they are an hour late.
Constantly lie when making a complaint and don't take any responsibility for their bad service.

Amazing how this company have not responded to all their customers who have given bad reviews due to poor service. Obviously happy to have taken our money but not willing to try and resolve the issues being raised.

I would avoid using this company at all cost

More cost efficient to actually pay for a cab to take you to and form the airport. And so much better for your personal mental health and sanity.

We do NOT recommend this company. We waited over an hour for our car to be brought to the pick up point, after an overnight flight from the USA.

Great service, our return flight landed 30 mins before expected but driver called me to say he would be around 8-9 minutes before he arrived, good to hear from them, I don’t like waiting around at the airport not knowing how long the driver would be so it was very reassuring. I will definitely use them again.
