I ordered the last size so I was worried I’ll get notified it’s not in stock and that my money will be refunded but all good! The shoes arrived super fast too, maybe two days tops from date of order. Genuinely recommend.

The most straight forward barefoot shoes purchase I've made. The sizing was really clear, particularly if you already own barefoot shoes and can compare. Amazing selection held in the UK from brands all over the world. The shipping was speedy. I haven't returned anything but the process seems clear if I had needed to.

Great customer service, free returns, loyalty points, quick delivery. New website is smoother too.
Hard to find stylish barefoot shoes, lots of trendy European brands, but the postage and returns are so expensive, i no longer bother considering them, but I can always rely on Happy Little Soles.
Saw they now stock Nackt and Victoria, so im pleased.

That I use only because there is no competition, other than, sometimes, the manufacturers' sites themselves.

First, they are sometimes very overpriced. For example, a pair of Angles Linos will cost you the equivalent of £59 at Angles, and £100 on HLS.

Second, the pages are sometimes very slow to load, and if you navigate away, the loading is throttled, so when you go back to the HLS tab, it's still not loaded.

You can't filter by the manufacturers' shoe size. HLS only specify their own, which isn't consistent. I.e. you order several pairs of different shoes of the "HLS UK size 6" for you child, and you see that some fit, some are too small and some are too large. Oh, and if you've loaded all shoes of a particular type on the screen, then filtering by size sometimes just doesn't work. Once I spent a minute waiting for the filter to work. Didn't happen.

But the most infuriating thing is that, once you open a product page and start scrolling through it, half a second in, a spinner appears, and the whole page freezes for a second or two, and you can't do anything. What this spinner actually waits for I have no idea. Now imagine that the filters didn't work and you have to go through all the pairs on the product list to see if they exist in the size that you want, and on EVERY product page you'll have to wait for the spinner to appear, spin, and disappear. And only then you are able to click on the list of the shoe sizes and see that the size you need isn't in stock.

This is my 'go-to' company for barefoot shoes - since there are hardly any barefoot shoes in the shops it's a bit hit-and-miss ordering shoes to fit online, so HLS's free returns policy is really handy. Not that I've ever had to return anything because their comprehensive size guide helps to judge if a shoe is likely to fit or not and so far I've been lucky and everything has been fine. Delivery is reliable too, the only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because their website can be pretty slow and glitchy at times, especially if you try to filter to find specific styles or sizes!

A medical issue means I need barefoot shoes this site has a huge array of styles great guidance on fitting. I’m thrilled with my Merrell shoes. Their returns service seems good although I won’t be using it this time round it’s now my second purchase from Happy Little Soles and it won’t be my last

Happy Little Soles is my go-to online shop for my kid's barefoot shoes. They stock a fantastic range of mostly European brands, offering plenty of choice for all foot shapes and needs. Their awesome size guide includes exact insole measurements for each shoe model which makes choosing the right size incredibly easy. Orders are dispatched quickly, in plastic-free packaging, and they include a returns label in case anything doesn’t work out. All in all, a brilliant independent store with great service and products.

I've bought a few pairs and it's always been an easy process. I've also had to return a few products and they have been good about making that process easy.

Can't fault this company, I've used them a few times now and they've been great every time. Wonderful customer service and easy returns. So much easy than having to pay tax getting EU brands into the UK.

Incredible customer service. I was going to buy direct from suppliers at a slightly lower price (~£5) but the supplier didn't offer returns in the EU (boo brexit). Happy Little Soles not only offer refunds, but send you a returns postage label! Their packaging is recyclable which I love.
I left a review that talked about how the sandals I'd brought were too small and I got a phone call(!!!) from a person (!!!) asking if there was any help I needed and anything else. Really amazing customer service and for the limited choices we have in the UK for barefoot, it's great to be able to buy from European producers.

I definitely recommend this company for their wide range of barefoot shoes. I got the Bundgaard barefoot winter wellies, and they are brilliant—so comfy and perfect for keeping little feet warm. They’re super flexible, and the delivery was incredibly fast, dispatched the same day! I’m very satisfied. Thank you!

They say the vivo barefoot shoes: chelsea boots are on sale: 180euros coming from 260.

But they lie!!!! It's already 180 if you buy them from the Vivo Barefoot website.

They put the price up, to make it look like a deal. That should be illegal. That's not honest.

Wouldnt buy from it, since you know they lie.

Excellent customer service received by Jade Dixon when I had a small issue with an order. Jade was very quick to resolve the issue and I was happy with the solution. Would definitely recommend this company and I will certainly use them again. Also, very pleased with my son’s new boots!

Their website is awfully slow, thought it was just my wifi but it’s been like this across devices and reading other reviews it seems this is a company issue! Takes up to 3 minutes to load a single thing, has put me off buying anything

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. I ordered a pair of boots a few weeks ago, the price was decent, they were shipped quickly, the packaging was eco friendly. Unfortunately they didn’t fit, so I’ve had to return them, but that process was also excellent. Free return shipping (complete with a label sticker!), easy to get Royal Mail to collect from my home, and within 4 days I was refunded the money. Would buy shoes from here again. Thanks.

Absolutely amazing service! have order 5xs now for shoes/trainers for my daughter and I. The shoe size guide is amazing and easy to use and has been spot on for both of us. The returns is super easy and really good to have them even if you don't need to return. Best company I cannot recommend them enough tbh. The quality of their products are also amazing so is their customer service.

I order the majority of my barefoot shoes via Happy little soles and I recommend them to my friends. Free returns is amazing to have when buying shoes and it helps not having to ship from abroad from some of the brands they sell. Also helpful information about fit and easy to contact about having things in stock. 👍
