Really good buying experience

Really good buying experience. Product looks and feels fantastic. Great communication with customer service until order delivered. Shipping was ok, would be great if a bit quicker. All in all a great product with really good service. Will defo use again.

Amazing quality and service

This is my second time ordering and I am once again really happy with the shoes! They look exactly like the pictures, feel comfortable to wear and the quality is amazing. They fit perfectly and arrived quickly and well packaged. Would definitely recommend!

Avoid

Won’t accept return as they said I don’t request it within 7 days. I messaged them on their website within 2 days but never got a response. They’re now ignoring my messages.

My comment after seeing Luxro response:

I have full screenshot proof and will be making a Chargeback claim through my credit card provider. Complete nonsense calling me a liar and having the cheek to tell me to go back to school when their 50 sentence response had no full stop 🛑. 😬🫣
Stay away folks, not worth it.

Order delivered 14th July, return requested 4th of august, if you ever went to school you’d know that is not 2 days after the delivery but 21 days after the delivery, i’d suggest to go back to school and learn how to count again, second of all you said we have told you that you should of requested a return within 7 days but straight after that sentence you said you never got a response back and then saying ignoring your messages, you just showed our readers that you do not even know what you talking about when in-fact you received a response and then saying never got a response, oh dear decide which statement you wanna choose but anyway let me tell our readers the real story, our support team was very professional and clear that you cannot request a return after 21 days and you continued saying that you changed your mind and would like to return it knowing exactly you did not request it 2 days after the delivery date, you repeatedly begged us to return a product without giving us a valid reason for it, your only explanation was you changed your mind 21 days after the delivery, then you starting spamming us with messages saying to please accept return after we made it clear to you that the return wasn’t possible at all and we couldn’t help you with any other solutions, then you starting threatening us and our support team cannot tolerate any abusive language and the best solution was to start ignoring your messages, we have all email history and WhatsApp history to show our viewers how much of a LIAR people like you Sandy are, now you enjoy your fully working product and stop lying because we have enough to expose liars like you and go back to school we’ll happily pay for your school admission.

Great quality, amazing service

I have ordered to
Pairs of shoes/trainers from these guys, I found the quality excellent and they look amazing, great communication from them and if you are looking for something they don’t have, take a picture and send it to them and they will source it and supply it 👍🏼 great service and the delivery time wasnt to bad either, I would absolutely recommend them
