Was sceptical at first with it being an online shop, NB trainer's arrived today, tracking system through PayPal was great, item is brilliant.

Bought a couple of items from these guys. Had slight issue with 1 item as were too tight. Not a problem tho, sent back and new pair sent in super quick time. Highly recommend. Great customer service and so quick to reply to any queries or problems

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

To start with the delivery was later than specified on purchasing which I wasn’t too bothered about
Ordered on the 18th April
Delivered on the 6th may

But the problem is after having the item 20 days and only waring couple of times the shoes are coming apart
I messaged luxro to see if there was anything they can do but they say there isn’t as it’s been 20days
And I should get some superglue and stick them back together,
And that I can send customer rights act but I’m not buying from jd so nothing they can do.
Like I say DONT waste your money, started coming apart before 20days
Poor quality and no effort to sort other than I should buy some superglue

Products are high end top quality kept in touch the whole way through.

The trainers are amazing. The quality of them really did surprise me, they’re honestly spot on. What was even better for me; the communication from the company on WhatsApp was consistent and nothing was too much trouble for them - they were really helpful. The item was sent out straight away, they gave me tracking and updates whenever I wanted them and even when one of the items needed to be returned, it was easy to do and they helped me until my new replacement item arrived. I think the main thing with ordering off these websites is the lack of trust you have in the communication as you’re still spending a lot of money… but honestly, in comparison with the other people doing this out there, this is the one to order from. Not greedy with profits so you get the same as other people are selling out there but for less, and the actually get back to you, so the trust is there! I’ll be ordering from this company each time now, the others out there are a waste of time in comparison! Couldn’t rate the quality and service higher 5/5- Star!!!!
