Terrible service for a start. Took forever to arrive, sent the wrong size, sent for second pair wrong size again. So I just gave up. £120 odd down drain. They were for my grandsons birthday to. So I'm not happy customer.

Fantastic service. Didn't have what I wanted online but after a couple of messages they said it wouldnt be an issue but may take a little longer as my order would have to be made specifically. Kept me in loop with video clips of my order once they were made and still only had to wait 10 days from ordering to receiving my items the quality is amazing even down to the smallest detail I'm genuinely amazed and the fit is perfect. Excellent seller would 100% recommend and will definitely be back for more.

I ordered two pairs of designer shoes, and although they were unfortunately too small, I was really impressed with the quality they were absolutely brilliant.
I contacted the seller to ask if a refund would be possible, and the communication was outstanding. They replied almost instantly, were very understanding, and made the whole process completely hassle-free. My refund was processed the very next day.
I couldn't fault the customer service at all. I'll definitely be buying from this shop again next month, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great quality products and excellent customer care

Absolute Genuine Guys, they offer the best quality out of all the others i have tried so far, they deliver what they promise you, got mine within the timeframe stated when i have ordered but that doesnt matter i was surprised with the quality for a fraction of the price its incredible, will be back!!

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a pair of Nike Mind shoes, and within just 10 days of normal wear, they completely fell apart. The abysmal quality strongly suggests that these are fake or contraband goods rather than genuine products.

Worse still is the customer service. I have contacted the company twice over a 10-day period to resolve this, sending full details and photos, and they have completely ignored me.

I strongly advise anyone to be extra cautious and avoid purchasing from them entirely. Needless to say, I will be pursuing this matter further through official legal channels and Trading Standards. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Unreal service and quality

Trainers arrived after 10 days and well worth the wait.
They are absolutely superb and TOP QUALITY, communication was on point.
Every time I chased them I was answered within 10 minutes.
I will definitely be purchasing more.
