Thank you for your feedback, but we’d like to clarify some important points. Your order was shipped on the 9th and delivered on the 25th just one day after your review was posted. To claim that it took a month to arrive is simply not accurate.
We use a shipping service that Offers delivery within 10 business days. For clarity, "10 business days" refers to weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. We pay for this service to ensure timely deliveries, and when the delivery doesn't meet this timeline, it's not a reflection of our efforts but a failure on the carrier's end, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

It's also important to note that we are not a fast food company with delivery drivers on standby. We rely on a third-party service to deliver your order, and we expect that service to meet the timeline we’ve paid for. When it doesn’t, we are just as disappointed as you are.

Additionally, our team reached out to you multiple times through WhatsApp support to ensure everything was handled smoothly. If there were any concerns about the product quality or any other issue, we would have appreciated it if you contacted us directly. Given that you didn’t mention any concerns regarding the product itself, we believe the review is not reflective of the full situation.

We do our best to provide excellent service, and we expect that the timelines we pay for are honored. Unfortunately, when delays occur through the shipping service, that is outside our control, and we hope this clears up any misunderstanding.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, however we must clarify several important points regarding your order.

You were clearly informed by our customer support team via WhatsApp that your order was shipped in two separate parcels, and you were provided with two tracking numbers for this reason. Therefore, stating that only one item was received is misleading and does not reflect the full and accurate situation.

Our delivery timeframe of 5–10 business days is clearly stated on our website. This is because some of our stock is shipped from our international warehouse. When items are available in our UK warehouse, delivery can take as little as 2 working days. In your case, the item was not available in the UK and was shipped internationally, as explained.

Both parcels arrived in the UK within the stated timeframe. Any additional delay occurred with the courier company’s local processing, which is unfortunately outside of our control.
