I’m very disappointed
I’m very disappointed, my parcel was delivered almost a month after purchase, I didn’t receive any notification about it , I’ve made a complaint to Klarna and day after someone from Luxuro star texting me on wassapp , being rude and annoying.
I asked to him where is was my parcel and he referred me to Royal Mail , He could collect my parcel a few days later .
Now I’m trying to return it because is not fitting me and I can’t find the website , no way to start the return process, I’ve been mailing them and still no answer, I was asking to the same guy texting me
On wassapp and he said he is not dealing with . As I said , very disappointed and frustrated, Luxuro it’s the worst experience I ever had . Never again.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel disappointed, and we’d like to clarify the situation for transparency.
Your order was dispatched promptly and arrived in your local Royal Mail for delivery within 7 days. Royal Mail attempted delivery three times to your property, but as no one was available to receive the parcel, it was taken to their main office for collection. You were informed of this and advised to collect it.
The parcel was collected approximately two weeks later from their office, which unfortunately placed the order outside our 7 day return policy, which begins from the date the parcel was attempted to be delivered.
Despite this, and as a gesture of goodwill, we still issued you a full refund and allowed you to keep the shoes, even though the return period had expired.
Regarding communication, our WhatsApp support is intended to assist with delivery updates, and we regret if any interaction felt unsatisfactory. We always aim to remain respectful and helpful.
We’re sorry that your experience did not meet expectations, but we believe we handled this case fairly and went beyond our policy to resolve it.
