I arranged an Umrah trip for two family members through this company, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service provided.

From the beginning, the agent Noor Nabi took the time to understand the travellers’ specific requirements and tailored the entire package accordingly. Everything was well-organised, including Ziyarat tours and full transfers in Makkah & Medina, which made the experience smooth and stress-free.

What really stood out was how the team handled unexpected challenges. Due to the ongoing conflict, there were flight disruptions and even a cancellation on the departure date (20th March, Eid day). Naturally, this was a very stressful situation, but the team remained calm, professional, and proactive throughout. Instead of passing the issue back to us, they took full responsibility and worked quickly to rearrange the flights and resolve the misunderstanding.

On the return journey, flights were again cancelled due to airline disruptions linked to the situation. However, with a small fee, the team efficiently reorganised everything, ensuring the travellers returned home safely without unnecessary stress.
Communication was excellent throughout the entire process — clear, responsive, and reassuring at every stage.

Overall, a great experience. I would definitely use this company again and wouldn’t hesitate to book another Umrah trip with them in the future.
