Excellent service from Haider Ali. He was extremely helpful, kind, respectful, and professional throughout. He made everything easy and was always happy to help. I would highly recommend Haider Ali and Al Haramain Travel.

Booked with this travel agency for a second year in a row. Sister Zahra had assissted us the whole way ensuring flights, hotels and transportation were all in check. Thanks to her we had no problems and got another peaceful Umrah, Alhamdulillah. Definitely recommend this service.

It was a very bad service they did not want to give us the hotel confirmation until one day before the flight and not answering our phones and we had to to go to the office just day before travelling. Sorry but we had a very bad experience with them

Booking was made simple and quick. Hotel choice was good and agent was very attentive to our needs - Ahtasham , even on hand when we were on the trip.

We booked our trip in September, travelling to the sub-continent and returning back via the middle east where we performed Umrah.

Despite the intervening war and the upheaval it caused to the flights, Al Haramain Travel had been excellent managing all the issues and ensuring that we got the flights and travel plans on track as best as possible.

I particularly wish to thank Zahra who was most helpful in booking and planning our trip. She also sprang into action when a flight was delayed by almost 24 hours. The transportation service in Saudi Arabia was excellent. Always on time and driver's communicated in advance.

Ziarat's were all reasonably priced and the driver's drove with care, consideration and were reliable. The vehicles were also suitable for their purpose.

Considering what we had booked, hearing about others having their plans upset due to the war, Al Haramain and Zahra did well to keep us all on track. I would strongly recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Asim Khaild from Al Haramain travel for arranging our Umrah visa. From the very beginning, he was professional, helpful, and extremely supportive throughout the whole process.
explained everything clearly, guided us through the required documents, and made the visa process very simple and stress-free for us. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, he was always available to respond and provided clear and helpful information.
What I appreciated most was his quick response, honesty, patience, and excellent customer service. He kept us updated about the progress of our application and made sure everything was completed correctly and on time.
Applying for an Umrah visa can sometimes feel complicated, but with his guidance, the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. We truly appreciate the effort and support.

This was our second Umrah with Al Haramain Travel Manchester, and once again they exceeded every expectation. Choosing them again was an easy decision after our first experience, and they have once again delivered an outstanding journey from beginning to end.
A special mention goes to Zahra Kanwal, who is exceptionally well organised, professional, and genuinely dedicated to her clients. From the moment we discussed our travel plans, she ensured every detail was carefully arranged. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she was always available to answer questions and provide reassurance. Her attention to detail and commitment to making our journey smooth and stress-free are truly remarkable.
Every aspect of the trip was flawlessly organised, from the flights and accommodation to the airport transfers and local transport. The Ziyaraat in both Makkah and Madinah were well planned, informative, and spiritually enriching, with knowledgeable guides who made each visit meaningful.
What stands out most about Al Haramain Travel is their consistency. Delivering excellent service once is impressive, but maintaining the same exceptional standard on our second Umrah speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment to their pilgrims.
Once again, we returned home with beautiful memories and complete peace of mind, knowing everything had been taken care of with sincerity and excellence.
A heartfelt thank you to Zahra and the entire Al Haramain Travel team for another unforgettable Umrah experience. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone planning their pilgrimage and, Insha’Allah, we look forward to travelling with them again in the future.
May Allah reward Zahra and the entire Al Haramain team for their outstanding service and accept all their efforts. Aameen

Very reliable and organised agent, I can recommend them for people to plan Umrah with them because I enjoy my umrah trip with them,

I had an excellent experience with Zahra at Al Haramain Travel. From the very first message I sent, she was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive. She helped me find a fantastic 5-star Umrah package that suited my needs perfectly, and her communication was excellent throughout the entire process.

Even while I was in Saudi Arabia, whenever I had any questions or encountered any issues, Zahra and the team responded quickly and ensured everything was resolved as soon as possible. Her support gave me real peace of mind and allowed me to focus on my Umrah.

I truly appreciate all of Zahra’s hard work and would highly recommend both her and Al Haramain Travel to anyone looking to book their Umrah. Thank you for making my journey such a smooth and memorable experience.

Excellent service from start to finish. Zarha was exceptionally kind and caring throughout our experience. This was our second time using this wonderful company, which truly feels like family. They consistently check on your well-being and ensure everything is going smoothly. My family and I are genuinely grateful for the professional staff and accurate paperwork. Even upon arriving in Mecca, they stayed in touch to see how we were doing, making our journey seamless and comfortable. I am deeply touched—my children loved the trip, and I pray Allah rewards their hard work and kindness.

I recently made an enquiry with Al Haramain Travel for a trip I'm in the process of booking for next year – and when I made the enquiry, Muaz took care of me. He provided me with the information I needed, explained the process and ensured that I understand how everything works. This was extremely helpful – he even followed up with other information via WhatsApp, which helped me with my decision.
