Big thanks to sister Zahra

I am very thankful to Al Harmain travels for arranging this journey for my family to Holy place. From start till end everything was so professional. All the services offered were top notch at the same time customised as per my requirements. I would like to thank specially Muneeba and then Haider, who went above and beyond to make it possible despite all the flight cancellations and uncertainties during my travel plan. They were readily available 24/7 throughout my trip for any k8nd of query i had.
I highly recommend taking Harmain travels services if you are planning to visit Mekkah and Medina and want hassle free trip to focus on ibadah there.

This was my first time booking an Umrah package for myself and my family. We flew out on the 26th March and returned on the 8th April. Zahra handled our booking and she was fantastic throughout. She offered several package options that fit our needs and was responsive. She also kept us updated throughout the process.

Zahra was especially helpful when our flights were cancelled due to the situation in the Middle East. We lost hope and decided to rebook for October, but Zahra and the team worked hard to find alternative flights and eventually managed to secure new flights for us. Thanks to their effort, we were still able to perform our Umrah.

We’re incredibly grateful to the company and especially to Zahra, for making this trip possible despite the challenges. I have already recommended the agency to family friends for their service.

Highly recommend Alharamain Travel for Umrah. During this unpredictable time, with the flights keep cancelling, Zahra and her team did an amazing job in ensuring that we went umrah as per our schedule. They spent a lot of time trying to find alternative flights when ours were getting cancelled. In Makkah and Madina the transportation were on time and per our plan. We can’t thanks Zahra enough for her work. This is the second time she has helped us for our umrah package.

Iftikhar ali my family went to umrah booked from al haramain travel Zahra sister was very helpful looked after us very well very happy with the service .

Assalam u Aleekum
I honestly can not Thanks and recommend Zahra Kanwal enough.
she handled everything for our Umrah trip from visa processing and hotel bookings to transportation and it all went so smoothly. The visa process can be stressful, but Zahra took care of it all and kept us updated every step of the way. She also arranged great hotels that were clean and conveniently located, plus all our transport between cities and for local trips was on time comfortable and hassle free. What I appreciated most is how responsive and helpful she was throughout any time we had a question she got back to us quickly and genuinely cared that everything went well for us. If you're looking for a reliable travel agent for Umrah who actually delivers on what they promise, go with Zahra Kanwal. We're so glad we did. JazakAllah khair, Zahra! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Recently booked Makkah hotel with this company. They said booking is confirmed and even sent the voucher. Our flight got cancelled and we had to cancel the trip . Upon contacting hotel directly for refund, they confirmed there is no booking or even cancellation request with the name and confirmation code provided by this travel agency. Now they are refusing to return my money. They never made the booking and charged me fully and now not returning my money. Don’t book with this company. Will be takin them to court

I booked Umrah for me and my family leaving in March 2026.. I was recommended by family members to use this company. Zahra offered me several packages based on my needs which she dealt with brilliantly. She was constantly reassuring and available if I had any queries or questions. Brilliantly service from Zahra. Everything was provided as agreed during the trip including transfers, hotels etc.. would be happy to use Zahra again..
The only thing which wasn't clear was payment method being a bank transfer, however Zahra then managed to agree credit card payment for a fee which met my needs. In the end, everything was provided as agreed and Zahra was always at the end of the phone if I needed anything.

Excellent service

I recently booked my Umrah package with Zahra Kanwal. I am very happy with overall experience with there service. From beginning she was very supportive even her colleagues is supportive and responsive. Even at current middle east conflict situation she handled things very professionally.

I really appreciate their assistance and would definitely recommend there service to others.

Thank you for helping and making memorable experience.

Amazing service from Muneeba at Al Haramain Travels. She sorted my Umrah visa and I received it the same day, which was incredibly efficient. She was very helpful with arranging my accommodation and was still happy to assist and advise even though I had booked my flights independently.

She also gave helpful tips on the smaller things that travellers often overlook, like which eSIM works best in Saudi Arabia. Her guidance made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Highly recommended – book with Muneeba! 10/10.

The wonderful journey with the help of a wonderful advisors like Asim made our journey a beautiful one ..may Allah grant all his duas and give him the best in this world and the hereafter

Muneeba is a really kind person she helped me to the best abilities she could and provided excellent customer service

Excellent communication and very transparent on the information.

I would like to sincerely thank Asim and Ukasha for the excellent service they provided.

I was hoping to perform Umrah by next week, and although we were unable to find an option within my budget, both Asim and Ukasha truly tried their best to make it possible. Unfortunately, due to Ramadan being very close and prices being extremely high, it was not possible this time.

I really appreciate their honesty, effort, and professionalism throughout the process. A big thank you to both of them for going above and beyond to help.

I will definitely be travelling with Alharamain Travel in the future and will recommend your services to others.

I booked our Visas for Umrah with Asim Khalid. He was very professional and dealt with the booking very efficiently. I will book again with this agency. In sha Allah

My mother booked her umrah package from Al Haramain Travel. Despite the fact that her flight was delayed, she discovered that the travel agency was really helpful. She was able to travel to Saudi Arabia and conduct Umrah safely thanks to the agency. The accommodations offered by this organization were immaculate and welcoming. She was quite happy with the service this organization offered, and it comes highly recommended.
