First appointment and very impressed. Full explanation of everything associated with hearing loss and the actual hearing test was after physical examination of the ear and the explanation. All options were discussed in a frank and direct manner and I left feeling that I can trust them completely.

Excellent experience overall and particularly from the audiologist George - professional, methodical, clear and personable. A long appointment that flew by!

I found the first time visit really pleasing. The venue was nothing like I have been in before. Audiologist was very reassuring and anyone suffering from anxiety would easily overcome this.

After waiting 2 years for a new referral from my GP out of desperation I googled and luckily for me Harley Street Hearing was the only clinic available today.
At the reception I met staff with genuine welcoming smiles. Then I was greeted by clinician MA who immediately put me at ease. Before beginning suction he asked questions and listened. The procedure was very quick and painfree. After I agreed to a hearing test and was grateful for the suggestion as it was very informative.

The audiologist, Emer, was very thorough, achieved an excellent result with my ear wax removal and had a very good “bedside manner”. She explained everything, answered all my questions and put me at my ease for the procedure.

I met the YouTube hearing sensation, Matthew Allsop, today. He carried out a remarkably thorough and fascinating review of my hearing and adjusted my hearing aids with new ear tips and updated programming.

I now properly understand how my hearing aids work, and although I haven’t yet tested them in a packed pub, I can already notice a significant improvement in how they perform.

Having been a regular visitor to the HSH team over the past few years, I have come to expect nothing less than the five star treatment I receive at each and every appointment. Once again, the reception and service received was nothing short of exceptional.

Absolutely an efficient service I received at Harley street. From the reception staff to the mould collecting staff and even payment staff, they were all fantastic. Firstly, the booking experience was smooth and the lady over the phone was very lovely and she took time to explain what may suit me better. The ear mould collecting staff was very nice and made me feel relaxed through the whole process, explaining every detail about the steps he was taking (what’s being done and why). He was done in no time and I felt like I was treated like a valued customer. I was referred to Harley street hearing by someone who’s been there so I definitely will be recommending others too.
