Came in 3 sizes too small and then they refuse to offer me a full refund or to send an item back. I got a 60% refund so I wouldn’t ship the item back. Do not recommend.

2 very poor quality jackets

Ordered 2 jackets. $154 it took about 6 week to get them. The quality was very very poor just cheap. they feel like it is a felt fabric . The same fabric one would make a kids school project with. I emailed several times only to be told they would give 20% back and to keep the jackets. They are too small and I wouldn’t wear that mess.

Nightmare company

Nightmare. Ordered shirt and it was a piece of junk. They make it impossible to return. No invoice and their bot fights you . They try over and over to make you keto it. Won’t give return. Offer a crappy credit . Then if you refuse they say you don’t want to return it costs 20.00. Happened twice .scam !!

This website is a SCAM

This website is a SCAM. They ship from mainland China and refuse to refund you despite shipments taking weeks and the items are poorly made. They are very, very rude. I reported them to credit card company and attorney general.

I would give a 0 star review if it were an option. I unfortunately ordered 2 pairs of shoes from these scammers. The shoes were very poor quality and too small. Once you order, there is no option to cancel or return.

Terrible and Dishonest

Terrible, dishonest company that should NOT be doing business. Basically, despite what they write on their website, returns are impossible. They will jack you around until you just give up trying to return. And, their clothing is Chinese Cheap Junk - the fabric of the shirt I ordered was itchy, synthetic, horrible stuff.

I ordered and did not receive a pair of…

I ordered and did not receive a pair of shoes and paid for them. They said it was lost and could reorder or get a refund. They are diputing the refund that is still on my charge. I am getting no where. I even sent them my order # and email.

After months of emailing back and…

After months of emailing back and forth, they finally agreed to refund but guess what??? They only refunded $10 of the 75 I spent!
Stay away from this scam…..

DO NOT ORDER anything here!!!

DO NOT ORDER anything from this company. I ordered a coat for $124.90, and when it arrived it had the white fuzzy lining sewn into the zipper in several places, white lining showing through the metal hardware holes in the pockets, and the inside pockets had the lining exposed. Extremely poor craftsman ship. When I emailed the company to return the coat for a refund, they wanted me to send in pictures, which I did. I got no response after a couple days so I emailed them again. I was told I needed to pay for the return shipping, which is in China. I was told I would get a refund for 20% off the purchase price. When I got the refund, 20% wasn’t even calculated correctly. I was refunded 22.48 rather than 24.98. I know it’s 2 dollars difference but you would think they could do simple math correctly. Apparently not. Scam company and jacket was the worst quality I’ve ever seen. Order from somewhere else.

I bought a sweater from Harper and…

I bought a sweater from Harper and Lane. It was way too small and didn't not look anything like the photo. Customer service was quick to respond. I could not return it but they offered me a new one, free of charge, in a larger size. All I had to do is pay $12.95 for shipping. I paid the shipping fee and received another one about 3 weeks later. It is even smaller than the original one that I ordered. Needles to say, I wasted a lot of money on 2 sweaters that I will never wear.
I should have read the reviews before I ordered from them. I learned my lesson the hard way. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

BUYER BEWARE TOTAL SCAM FROM CHINA

I saw a coat online at HarperandLane.com called the Joyce - Hooded Winter Jacket. I looked at the reviews, which turns out are FAKE. I looked at the sizing chart and based on their own sizing I ordered myself a Wine Red color in size XL to give me plenty of room. First, the item is being shipped from CHINA. It is not a domestically sourced item. Second, the item arrived today and it is not an adult XL by any means. It MIGHT fit a child, but not an adult. The sizing is not as advertised and them calling it a Winter anything has got to be a joke. It's thin and cheaply made. This coat cost $90+ dollars! This is a total scam.

**Updated PayPal forced them to refund my money. Now they want to save face by coming on here and acting empathetic. I now have them blocked. I want no correspondence from this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

I ordered two shirts from them, and they did not look as they do in the pictures nor did they fit. I emailed them to request a refund being fully aware that I would be responsible for shipping costs. They have been giving me such a hard time with approving the return. Two days later and I am still going back and forth with them trying to get my items sent back. I have never experienced anything like this before, I wish I read more reviews about them before I ordered.

Wrong sized bad quality shoe, 20% refund: scam?

Ordered shoes "orthopedic" claim: wrong (very small) size sent in damaged packaging, no labels on item, very poor quality. Repetitious messages from company, profuse apologies but only feasible option is 20% refund. Seems like a clever scam for this company with deceptively upscale name of Harper & Lane. Purchase price $50: est. supplier cost for China-made item est. $2, shipping cost to customer max. $10, refund to customer $9: Net income for company est. $29. Not bad! Communication with company was laborious: profuse apologies but 20% refund only feasible option. My error in ordering from previously unknown company without searching for reviews.

I wish I would have read the reviews

I wish I would have read the reviews. Ordered a blouse. Fabric so inexpensive and very hasty workmanship. The sizing was really off. I have emailed them but according to reviews...will I get a response in time to return? Or will the cost of shipping be more than the product is worth?
There must be a way to make them accountable. Essentially this is a scam...misrepresentation.

The worst customer service and garbage product I've ever dealt with.

The shirt took a long time to arrive, which I expected. When it did come, it looked nothing like it did online, and was a terrible quality for how expensive it was. I emailed the company over 15 times, only a receiving a response once that they never followed back up on when trying to return it.
Do not purchase from them! It is a waste of your money, and they will never respond to you.
I ordered this shirt in September, and am still dealing with trying to get ahold of them in November.

**UPDATE:
Harper and Lane reached out to me through Trust Pilot asking me to contact their support (I'm not sure if their response shows here). I reached out immediately with every screenshot of the 15 emails I've sent trying to solve this issue and have still received NOTHING. It is a complete act of trying to save face, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. EVER.
