Customer service is appalling. They are not London at all and as they make you believe but products come from abroad. processing and delivery times a joke and they lie when giving information about having processed order.

Oh if only I’d searched the reviews before parting with my money!!
I bought two ‘cashmere’ jumpers for £55 each- total £110 GBP.
After 3/4 weeks I received two jumpers that I can only describe as tat. I wouldn’t be seen dead in them.
I complained and asked for a full refund and to return the items.
As the returns needed to go back to China- not London or anywhere near as falsely advertised on the website, I was offered a 10% refund!!
The jumpers I received were highly flammable, cheap, 100% polyester that would perhaps sell at a market for £5 for the two.
I’m utterly incensed.
Please don’t make the mistake I did. You’ll never get your money back and without a doubt you will be scammed.
So in conclusion- NEVER DEAL WITH THIS FRAUDULENT WEBSITE.

Do not order from this company, order never arrived, 5 months later still havent received goods or refund

Rubbish.Do not buy from this company.Run.They intentionally falsely wrote they ship in a day.They hold your money for a week before they write to say we are now starting to process shipment which also take forever

The clothes from this company are not worth the money. We ordered a jacket, £75 and It's cheaply made and didn't meet my expectations at all.
I would not recommend this company, it's a waste of time and money and their returns policy does not meet the UK Trading Standards. Using this company has been a very disappointing experience. I hope this company is closed from operating in this country as it not fair for online companies that deliver what they advertise. We’ll be reporting them to trading standards.

Yet another scam. Yet another Chinese company masking themselves as UK based. I have been trying for weeks to return a pair of trainers. A complete waste of time. I asked for a returns form & they completely blanked me. Lost approx £30.

I had a disappointing experience with this company. I returned the item to China as instructed, but I never heard back from them despite my emails and requests for a refund. It's sad that companies like this don't adhere to certain standards and violate consumer laws.

Expected to receive a slouchy soft knit, based on the picture used to advertise the garment, supposedly reduced from £60 to £29. Hmmm, though generally happy with online shopping I would urge caution for anyone considering buying from this company. What turned up was a cheap-as-chips t-shirt material in skimpy proportions, with NO manufacturer or company label and NO returns information or label, in fact absolutely NO information at all! Except that this poly-cotton blend needs to be dry-cleaned. Hahaha. As if!! Very, very disappointing on SO many fronts. As the experience thus far has been poor I have decided to commit no further time to attempting to get a refund (my expectations that this would be an easy process are low) even though there is a claimed "24-7 Support Line." The garment which I thought would be long enough to wear around the house over leggings is not as long in proportion as portrayed in the marketing photos and will certainly never be seen in daylight. It will do as an over-priced pyjama top. PS On close examination the packaging featured an address which bears googling for investigation ie 5 Trident Way, Southall - interesting history of complaints from associated companies at that address. Also, the external packaging was labelled 'not for retail, undelivered return' and the actual plastic wrapper - and the envelope - had old, torn-off labels - indicating this item had previously been delivered to another unhappy customer who had returned it.
