We desperately needed a new mattress but the whole shopping around process was really complicated & overwhelming and I just wasn’t convinced we would end up with the mattress we needed. I came across Harry Benmore and got in touch and we got such a quick professional and friendly reply, I was immediately reassured we had found the right mattresses expert. From start to finish we received brilliant service. Great advice on selecting the right mattress type to suit our needs, and great communication to arrange delivery. The delivery chaps were friendly, professional and kept us updated with their arrival time. And now onto the mattress, we absolutely love it, so comfortable, we were definitely given the correct advice on which one would be best for us. Overall I would say our mattress purchase experience was nothing short of exceptional. I have recommended Harry to lots of family and friends. If you are looking for great service, great price and fantastic products then I would highly recommend you get in touch.

The product is high quality and the best mattress we have ever had plus decent value for money so generally very pleased. Harry personally got in contact and ensured that the order and delivery went as smoothly as possible. I didn't expect this personal touch but it was good to know that we could speak to him directly and also provide feedback to Harry and the company directly. I have just bought my first home so I had to buy everything.
When it came to buying my mattress I had seen an advertisement from Harry talking about British made mattress and I knew it was what I wanted. I bought the All seasons mattress it came very quickly.
I have only had it for a month or so but I love it the support of my back is amazing and I can’t say enough. If you are looking for a mattress Harry Benmore is the way to go.

The wife approved of the purchase which really says enough about the quality of the products. I was skeptical as I’d never even tried one of the mattresses so I contacted harry on instagram and asked for advice on which mattress to choose. He didn’t tell me to buy the most expensive one as anyone else would, he told me which one he thinks would suit me best. He was spot on in doing so. Never been so excited to go to bed in my life. Very good product

Buying a mattress online is no easy task but all the info on the website reassured us enough to take the plunge. We went for the Silk and Cashmere mattress (regular firmness) and it is absolutely beautiful. We've been wanting to change to more natural materials so this was a great choice for us. Delivery was right on time and they took away the old mattress which is always a great bonus. After a few days of adjusting to it, I can honestly say we've never slept better. It offers great support, so no more shoulder and neck pain in the mornings! This was a great investment, highly recommend.

Ordered two mattresses and very happy with the purchase. Process was easy and updates provided throughout. The quality of the mattresses is great and having tried out bigger brands first, to get the equivalent quality with them would cost far more than with Harry Benmore

In a world of fake promises, our mattress from Harry Benmore was a complete breath of fresh air. We replaced our one of those rolled then over time sunken memory foam mattresses which we hadn't realised was gradually causing pain, that first night on our new HB mattress actually brought the wife to tears (happy ones... I think) and the biggest lay-in I've known her to have (I got up normal time to paint the front door, green before you ask). Apart from that it was personally delivered by Harry and I can confirm he is exactly as he comes across on video, genuine, honest and does what he says. Can't recommend enough. Off for a snooze now.

Great customer service. Good price. Excellent quality mattress. Looked for a mattress for a long time but prices for a good quality mattress were ridiculous. (I'm a bit like the princess and the pea). Also getting a split superking was near impossible and £££. Harry sorted us out. No nonsense easy transaction delivered to the 3rd floor bedroom and old mattress taken away. Fantastic mattress. Highly recommend.

We bought a mattress from Harry 3 weeks ago and couldn't be more pleased. The whole experience was brilliant. We'd visited a very well respected department store a number of times to try and understand what type of mattress we wanted, and left each time none the wiser. Then we went to see Harry and got really helpful, honest and personal advice. The mattress was delivered really quickly by Harry's team who were also great. Harry is highly recommended and the mattress is extremely comfortable. We're looking forward to many more good night sleeps.

I could not be happier with choosing to purchase my new mattress from Harry Benmore. I went for the Hybrid Pro Mattress and honestly it is the best mattress I have ever owned. It has really improved my sleep and I no longer have any back pains.

Given the importance of sleep and the longevity of the decision, finding the right mattress can seem like a tough decision. This is why I actually took the time to go to Harry's showroom and find out more info. It was time well spent because Harry was kind enough to show me all the options in an honest and non "salesy" way. He was not trying to flog me the most expensive option and I'm certain I could not have gone wrong whichever choice I made. All of his mattresses are exceptionally well made and after almost a month of sleeping on mine I can confirm it's comfy as hell!!!! He was even good enough to answer a few additional questions I had via email and the delivery process was seamless. So now I will rant enthusiastically about my new mattress to anyone in earshot. I'm no fun at parties but I tell you what, I am not losing sleep over it!
