Amazing….. Best decision ever …. I had read reviews and was pleasantly surprised to see everyone raving about it … I contacted Harry as we needed mattresses for all our rooms and after speaking to him I was so confident that even without visiting the showroom I placed my order … best night sleep in ages we got alpaca, silk n cashmere and regular singles they all are amazing exactly want we needed …. The best bit is their customer service they don’t rush you Harry understood exactly what I wanted and his recommendations were spot on …. Even though due to an issue with the mattress for the trundle cause I made a mistake with the measurements Harry was kind enough to get it collected and offer me a full refund now that’s what I call winning your customer…. I know I will be recommending the company to everyone and when it’s time to replace the mattress In the one room left we will be ordering from them for sure …. Thank you so much….. that is why I take my business to a family run businesses cause the chains can’t beat the passion you see in each product sold by them.

Received the Silk and Cashmere medium firm mattress only 2 weeks after placing the order. At first I thought the mattress was a bit too firm compared to our old one but wanted to give it a chance for us to get used to it, it's been 5 nights now since delivery and we absolutely love it, it is firmer than our old one but a lot more comfortable, I have back and hip problems and can already feel my back isn't as sore in the mornings.
A great experience dealing with Harry and his team, from the original advice given from Harry on what mattress would best suit for our size, weight and sleeping position, to actually receiving the mattress from the delivery team. Overall a great experience and a great mattress.

Such a great experience, great advice at rhe buying stage. So flexible and helpful when we had issues getting the super king mattress up our stairs. Customer services was second to none, most excellent. Wonderful comfy bed. Highly recommend.

I kept seeing the adverts and after reading so many positive comments from the posts I decided to buy from Harry. I was nervous about buying a mattress that I hadn't tried before, but spoke to Harry and he was really helpful and asked questions to make his suggestions.
I ordered the Hybrid Pro and although it was great, I swapped yesterday to the firmer one and it is now perfect. This was done smoothly and quickly with no issues. I'm so happy with it and I got a blue light discount on the price too. The customer service is brilliant, thanks Harry .

My mattress didn’t arrive after 2 apparent attempts to deliver over a 5 week period. I had to chase for updates where I would have expected a bit more (at least something) communication from the business with these kind of delays. For full transparency the delivery was to N.I though I was assured this wouldn’t be a problem. Frustrating experience having to go through the process of finding a new option after this much time waiting.

Had a Simba mattress for a few years but always thought it was too firm. Came across Harry Benmore and immediately very impressed with his customer service and advice - he even responded over a weekend! Ordered a medium firm which was promptly made and delivered - but we found it a little too firm. Told Harry - no probs, swapped for a medium with which we are very happy. Mattresses delivered to our 3rd floor bedroom even though it was a bit of a struggle. The whole experience has been brilliant. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Purchased the Kingsize Mattresses 5'0 Cotton & Wool Mattress. So happy with it, having now slept on it for a just over a week. So comfy! Excellent construction. Beautifully finished to a standard that extends beyond the price point. I shall be ordering another for the spare bedroom. Paying for the disposal of my old mattress was an added bonus. Money extremely well spent!

We recently purchased the Alpaca Soft/Medium mattress from Harry Benmore, and we honestly couldn’t be happier.

After ten years with our previous Mammoth mattress, we were ready for something new but wanted to make the right choice. When we contacted Harry and explained exactly what we were looking for, he personally sent us a voice note with his recommendation. That level of personal service is so rare these days, and it made such a difference.

The mattress itself is absolutely amazing. It is incredibly comfortable, beautifully supportive and has exceeded our expectations. Harry has also been kind enough to advise us on the type of bed base he would recommend for his mattresses, which was really helpful.

We received the mattress on the date we were told it would arrive. We ordered a medium firm mattress but found it was much too firm for us. Told Harry he said no problem they would exchange it for the medium soft mattress. Which they did. New mattress is just right. Great service…couldn’t fault them.

Contacted Harry who advised me on a mattress suitable for my health issues and was very helpful. Ordering and delivery was quick and the mattress is wonderful. Slight hiccup with the delivery company on arrival, but how nice I was sent one of Harry's high quality mattress protectors to say sorry. Highly recommend for service, quality and price. Obviously care that their customers get a great service.

I've had 5 mattresses in the last 6 years, tried all the big name mattresses in a box, unhappy with each of them and the customer service. Came across Harry Benmore's facebook ad, had a chat with him about my best options and bought a silk & cashmere. The wait is finally over! I've found THE most comfortable mattress, absolute quality, no box and stellar customer service. No need to go anywhere else if you are buying a new mattress.

We do think Harry’s mattress is of a similar type and quality for a fraction of the cost.

Contacted Harry through chat after seeing their advert online. Harry advised me to pop in store to try the mattresses. He gave instructions how to get to the store and customer car park. On the day we visited Paul welcomed us and advised on all product and we ended up buying the Silk & Cashmere extra firm mattress. Super easy to change delivery date if you have to and prompt delivery. Packaging of the mattress is outstanding well protected. I have recived personal message from Harry how to actually look after the mattress meaning to flip it over regularly and turn it with that you can make sure it last longer. Mattress was delivered yesterday we are very happy with our purchase. A company you can rely on. A real 💎 . Professional, friendly and everything you would expect from a well managed business. Absolutely superb customer service from the team. The original delivery team were unable to get the mattress up the staircase (it’s got low head height and a bend), so Harry Benmore paid for a local removal crew to sort it for us. Great communication from start to finish and we have a fantastic bed!

I recently purchased a 3ft silk & cashmere (firmer) from Harry via the website. It was delivered swiftly and without any hassle. Unfortunately I found it too firm and I asked for Harry’s advice on what to do. After giving it a couple of weeks for the springs to soften a little, it was still too firm for me, so without any quibble, it was swapped out for a softer one.

Again, the process was hassle free, quick and simple. The courier couldn’t have been better and as for the new mattress, well, it’s the best thing ever. It’s just so comfortable. I think the firmer mattress would’ve been perfect for someone a little younger, but old bones need a little give and the softer mattress provides just that. It couldn’t be more perfect.

I’m always sceptical about buying such things online but reading the positive comments on Harry’s Facebook page convinced me to take the plunge and I’m so glad I did. Customer service is truly second to none - faultless. There are many businesses out there who could learn a thing or two from how Harry runs his business. And as for the product - it is absolutely first class, I really could not be happier. Thank you so much!

Buying a mattress is never easy, but with the guidance and advice received from Harry directly, it was it was a breeze.
As we live in a Georgian property, with limited door height, we decided on a 6'0 Silk & Cashmere Zip & Link mattress.
We now have been sleeping on the mattress for just over a month and could not be happier. (A proper mattress, top quality and at a good price.)
We can highly recommend Harry Benmore.
