Great service from start to finish...Harry helped with my choice of mattress via WhatsApp, then the delivery company kept me informed all the way, even changing my allotted day to the following day...in today's world it makes a pleasant change when everything goes according to plan..great quality mattress,and as described..well done Harry and team

Just popped in the new shop for a look, came away with an order for a new bed. Friendly helpful service. New bed and matress arrived sooner than expected, and all put together in minutes by two very friendly men. All rubbish removed and old bed taken away . 5 🌟 service from start to finish, beds amazing as well. One happy customer. Thank you do much .

First class experience from start to finish, I was looking for a mattress for weeks, you know the scene, Google which is the best mattress and you always get the same two coming up (looking at you mattress in boxes) and that isn't because they're the best, it is because they have enormous advertising budgets and are very heavily affiliated! Losing the will to live, I just happened to come across Harry on both Reddit and Facebook. Handmade mattresses with luxurious fillings and a decent price. Great personal service via WhatsApp, Harry left me a voicemail to let me know which mattress will be suitable for me, as I was suffering from shoulder pain, no AI bots here!
The mattress was delivered today by two really friendly guys who even asked if they needed to take their shoes off!
I am looking forward to sleeping on it tonight. 🙂

I've had a fantastic experience with Harry Benmore Mattresses from start to finish. It was quite daunting ordering a mattress online for my son without being able to try it first. However, the process with Harry makes perfect sense and is ultimately less risky. We completed a questionnaire as a guide to finding the right mattress. Knowing that we could change it if there was an issue was very reassuring. I ordered a single mattress which my son has now slept on for 4 nights. He has severe sleep issues due to a health condition so I was very apprehensive. It was a big adjustment from his old IKEA foam mattress but he is starting to find it much more comfortable and reported yesterday that he's not feeling so achey upon waking up. This is a fantastic result! Also, because it was so important to get this right, I asked Harry many detailed questions, all of which were answered, the requested information was given very promptly, with clarity, courtesy and patience. I felt fully confident ordering from Harry and am so happy to have found the right mattress - good quality at a reasonable price - due to his excellent guidance. Delivery was excellent, trouble-free and all on schedule. Thank you so much for a brilliant experience, I'd highly recommend Harry's company.

I came across the many positive reviews of Harry Benmore Mattresses on social media whilst considering purchasing a mattress from some of the 'larger' suppliers. We live in the Scottish Borders and were fortunate to be able to drop-in to the shop on our way back north, where we could decide on the firmness of mattress we were looking for. We ordered a super king silk and cashmere which was delivered about 2 weeks later. I am pleased to say that we are really delighted with our purchase and the service. Well done!

We decided after many years to take the plunge and buy a super king size bed. I did loads of research on mattresses then stumbled onto Harry’s company. I exchanged emails with Harry regarding what mattress we wanted how we both slept, told him our existing mattress was and we discussed the comparison, the logistics of getting it up stairs and we landed on a Zip & Link Alpaca Matress. I love Harry’s Knowledge his ability to listen to our requirements assess our current mattress and give you an opinion (and it is an opinion made with experience) about which is best replacement. Added benefit from the 100 days sleep test and the blue light discount (Thanks for supporting us) made it an easy choice rather than going with Major brands. Give this British supplier a chance. I love the email to say the mattress is starting on its journey feels very personal.

What a great company from making an enquiry to the actual delivery what a fabulous experience. Harry helped out via WhatsApp with choosing the correct mattress and I’m so pleased with it. Had the best nights sleep in ages wish I had changed years ago. Would highly recommend their products. Delivery was great too and they took away our old mattress which was a seamless task. Was sent a giant bag to wrap it in and then just picked up as said. Brilliant company

I purchased a mattress from this company 5 weeks before I moved. I WhatsApped the company to see if they could delay the delivery for the specific day 6 weeks in the future, and they were able to arrange for the delivery for the exact date I needed it. Communication through was very good, and I always spoke to a person, never an AI bot. The mattress is spectacular quality, and the mattress firmness questionnaire on their website was accurate. I would highly recommend this company

Harry was a great help in deciding which mattress to order and after placing my order kept me upto date on progress. Delivery was spot on time and driver was very helpful in taking away old mattress. Bed met all my expectations and more than happy that I changed it. Great company to deal with, deserves all the 5 star reviews.

I had debated for a long time and was nervous about buying a new mattress online. The website was really informative and helped me to choose one that felt right, so in the end I took the plunge. I'm delighted with my new mattress and also with the process of getting it. The first delivery date wasn't suitable for me and the process of changing it was really simple. On the day it arrived when promised. Everything from start to finish has been excellent so I'd heartily recommend Harry Benmore.

When my bed and mattress were ready I was contacted to arrange a date for delivery.
Delivery and assembly happened at the time agreed.
My new bed is very comfortable. My old one did not feel uncomfortable, but the difference in comfort is very noticeable.

I really couldn't rate this company any higher. From the expert advise on which mattress to choice through to the professionally made, good quality product and fast delivery. I made a last minute order hoping my silk and cashmere mattress would arrive before my knee op and it did. I'm now recovering in comfort and style and couldn't thank Harry more.

Mattress arrived on Wednesday, excellent delivery and on time very helpful, I don’t normally order on line and was very nervous about ordering such an important item but there was no need , so pleased with it , very comfortable, great nights sleep ,we did look at some in the shops but so very expensive and for the same quality we got ours at half the price from Harry Benmore ,wish we had of come here to start with , highly recommended ,and will recommend to friends , many thanks .

Extremely helpful, skilled, well informed experts with excellent customer service! I am so pleased with my purchase and the service I received today and since I made the purchase. I have bought a super king ottoman, with mattress delivered and fitted in the small cosy room that I have for my wife and I. I am well happy from their service and the fitters were very careful of their surroundings and also took our old mattress away too which helped us a lot as I couldn’t fit than in my car. Highly recommended, excellent service and great price and discounts.
