I didn’t really get a response to my question, then I sent a link which didn’t work so was a little disappointed. However I found the answer but the customer service could have room for improvement.
Your agent was extremely helpful. She spent time with me so that my Horse Insurance policy is exactly right for me and my precious horse. Very good customer service friendly and very knowledgeable. She made sure she gave me a policy that was the best for my horse at a price that was suitable for me.
I had been advised by fellow horse owners to look at the competitive insurance cover Harry Hall offers and I was very impressed! I also found the website and process easy to follow. I will certainly encourage friends to use Harry Hall in the future.

I am happy with the insurance I purchased but because I have an account found it difficult to double check I was adding the right insurance. Some more details when you click on each product would be good. It also didn't want to let me set up a DD so ended up paying by card which was fine but wouldn't work for everyone.
Couldn't be more happy or reassured by the Customer Service from Nicola! Everything was explained, in a friendly & professional manner and she went the 'extra mile' when there was a system issue - which was investigated and fully resolved!
The whole process was easy, all questions answered and, although I hope to never need the insurance, it would be a pleasure to speak with Nicola again (hopefully the other staff are as equally genuine?!) Thank you 😊

I took out my quote because the customer service was great. Thank you so much for making horsey insurance affordable as defo couldn’t afford it otherwise. Also what a perk having online free delivery and returns for their shop which I’ve used and was seamless . Defo recommended
