I see the voyages as a personal journey towards holistic development, improvement and 1% improvement everyday. Very detailed, helpful and insightful

Self confidence buildup.
Trust on yourself, that you can do it.
Upskilling to individuals, creating positive environment.

This facilitator can help you overcome your fear of communicating and improve your communication skills as you are speaking to people from different states. Also it improves your presentation skills and makes you confident of making a presentation in front of the audience.

I cannot express enough gratitude for Harshad and team during my job search journey. Their guidance, support, and encouragement are invaluable in every step of the way. The facilitation plays a vital role in maintaining focus and boosting morale, especially in times of uncertainty. I have the following key learnings from the facilitation: Active listening to participants, clear communication to ensure objectives and instructions are conveyed, Problem-solving to identify root causes and managing conflicts & moving forward, Feedback to evaluate what worked well and what can be improved.

Harshad is not only a coach but a good leader who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way.

Meet Ups Helps me to speak up by leading the group of peoples from different field and mind set.
