The daily support and bi-weekly calls provided by the account manager (Hassa), along with Charmi, Fazeeza, and Priyanka, were excellent. One of the key differentiators of Nxt Job is the end-to-end guidance during the job search journey, including access to their software, interview preparation, salary negotiation support, and Major Rick’s videos.

If you follow their process consistently and can dedicate 3–4 hours daily, achieving a job within 90 days is highly possible depending upon your niche. However, it’s important to remember that while Nxt Job provides the direction, your own effort is essential to reach the goal.

It is also worth mentioning that the team is very responsive—suggestions shared during calls or on the website were implemented quickly. Introducing a mobile app and AI related would truly be a game changer.
