I opted for NxtJob during my job search in recent past. I found their approach very constructive with a higher chance of achieving the desired results. The key is to follow the guidelines, strategies and their process to make it most effective. It might look little tiring at the beginning, however the moment things started working it becomes more relevant, visible and effective. I opted for doing most of the actions myself which gives more confidence in the journey with NxtJob, even if it takes additional time and efforts. I wish NxtJob team and job seekers all the best.

It was a wonderful experience and team efforts. Lots of learning and the tools provided helped a lot and the resume enhancements were top notch. 1 point less since the AI tools are not fully matured or have some bugs , hope they will be enhanced further and improved in future.

As a result, I got an offer from an MNC with a 25% salary increase. I also had two other interviews in the pipeline at the time.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting a huge shift when I signed up for the NxtJob.ai program. I mean, I figured it might help streamline my job search, maybe tighten up my resume or get me thinking differently about interviews. But a 100% hike? That... surprised me. In the best way.

The thing is, job hunting can feel overwhelming. There’s this fog around what works and what doesn’t — the countless resumes you send out, the cold outreach, the weird silence after interviews. At some point, you start wondering if it’s just luck.

What I found with NxtJob.ai was a kind of clarity I didn’t know I needed. The tools were definitely helpful — resume optimization, LinkedIn tips, interview prep — all of that. NxtJob stayed true to its promise by providing the much needed boost to my job search in a tough market and helped me land a great opportunity that ticked all boxes. My primary challenge was discoverability. NxtJob's resume builder did a splendid task of creating tailored resumes to JDs - a much needed tool given the nature of algorithmic ATS systems today. The LinkedIn network builder service crafted conversations with recruiters and hiring teams that got me a foot-in-the-door. Periodic checkpoints by my account manager Charmi reminded me of pending actions needed to move forward. Overall, a great end-to-end program design with necessary tools and resources for a solid job search. Would certainly recommend it to mid-senior level professionals looking to switch.

I’m disappointed with my experience with nxtjob.ai and wanted to share some honest feedback.

1. Be cautious with their sales team. They market themselves as a flexible, understanding startup led by an ex-Army HR officer, but that’s not what you’ll experience post-sale. After payment, communication drops off, and they become unresponsive. Support emails take months to get a reply.

2. What they offer is essentially a DIY course, which isn’t clearly communicated during the sales pitch. After you’re assigned a manager, you end up managing the process yourself, dealing with part-time HR professionals who don’t seem fully committed.

3. They heavily promote their AI tool as groundbreaking, but the pricing is way too high for what it delivers. There are far more efficient and affordable AI tools in the market that can generate 10x better personalized resumes for each job.

I wish I had known this beforehand. Just be cautious and make sure to do thorough research.
