Hartdean Reviews

Best towels we have ever purchased, this is our second purchase from you, everyone who uses them coment on how soft lovely and white they are. Always wash and dy superb. And dry you unlike many brands we have brought

Always get good service and delivery. The website is informative and simple to use. My go to place for towels and bedding.

First time I came across the towels was in the Plas Y Brenin National Outdoor Centre in Wales. The towels
were so good that I had to get some.I found the wesite address on tag and memorised it so that as soon as I got back home I would order some. I have my airing cupboard full now with towels that are absorbant and soft and can highly recommend to all.

It was quick and easy to order the towels. They were good quality and arrived within a few days.

Pleased with my purchase. The bath sheets are soft, great quality and exactly as described. Delivery was impressively quick - arrived the very next day. I also received some additional items in the parcel, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Would happily order again.

Order processed very efficiently and prompt delivery. Very pleased with the quality of the items and loved the freebies!

Great company y to deal with. Fab customer service and orders arrive really quickly. I’ve used them twice now.

Paul was extremely helpful when I encountered a slight problem with ordering on the website. He soon fixed the problem enabling me to complete my order online. He was also extremely interesting and informative about the origin and history of their family company and then surpassed all expectations by putting in my delivery a few extra freebies, which is much appreciated! More importantly the towels are of excellent quality and very reasonably priced so I would certainly recommend this company to anyone.m

Great service, great products and a great price.
What's not to like. Thank you Hartdean.

Brilliant service, great products and quick shipping! Even got some extras for free. Would absolutely recommend.

I have ordered a few times. Very happy with everything I have ordered. The quality for price is fabulous. Wouldn't buy my towels anywhere where else now. Super fast delivery. The company has amazing customer service too so helpful friendly & kind. Would highly recommend

Great products, easy to navigate website & super fast shipping!

Fabulous service! I encountered a problem when processing the order and Paul came to the rescue. Sorted the problem in an instant ….and with good grace which is so rare these days! Will definitely use Hartdean again for my household requirements.

Excellent customer service thank you. Everything was dealt with very swiftly. Especially as I had to return one item as it was too XXL. Much appreciated.

Fab products, super speedy delivery. Customer service is excellent too.

Lovely soft, quick- drying towels from an efficient, reliable company.

Super fast delivery of a great product. Enjoyed a really good nights sleep at the Trafalgar Thistle in London. The bed had this topper on it and immediately ordered to use with our ageing Tempur. Very pleased.

Lovely friendly people and better prices than other companies I’ve see . We received our order fairly fast and were delighted by the quality and the fast drying saving us on utility bills . Thank you from Heavenly Sensations

Managed to order item eventually after 3 or 4 attempts, 15% first order bonus wasn't available on item as it was a sale item, the towels we actually required initially were out of stock, then delivery charge and vat on top of price bumped cost up £12.5.
The towels arrived very quickly with good updates and the towels themselves are excellent, generous 4 out of 5 stars, which could easily have been 5 without order issues and extra charges.

Good personal service and good value quality products.
