I needed a light weight blower for my porches and patio and this little blower answered the call! 20 volt Hart was perfect for me to do the small jobs. My husband's blower is gas powered and weighs about 45 lbs and is very loud. I always had to wait for him to get the job done but not anymore! Plenty of power and easy to use! Thank you Hart tools!

If I could give this company no stars I would. I purchased a Hart vacuum and 3 months later it broke. I requested a refund due to my warranty in November of 2024. As of today 4/1/25 I have not received that refund. I have called them several times to inquire about my refund. I have had “supervisors” email me and advise me that they will have this refund sent to me. Weeks go by with no refund, so I will email them. They don’t email me back. This company is a scam. Do not buy their products. BEWARE!

I just buy the hart kit weedeater blower it works perfectly. It cut like a gas weedeater. And the blower move ALOT OF leaves in yard this was a great buy. Nice to storage in my garage.

Bought a 40V trimmer/edger combination,worked excellent 1st summer went to use it again the next spring and sparks came from the motor, yeah dead, receipt lost. Today (this spring) bought a 20V trimmer, got home charged battery for 2 hours still blinking red, I give up- it's heading back to Walmart tomorrow.

I just updated this from one-star to two-stars; only because my wife spent nearly 2 hours on the phone, on hold and talking with 3 different people before finally being told a replacement is being shipped. If it indeed arrives as promised, I'll give it another star.
Earlier review: I'm in the same boat as I see many others are. Their Service Support is horrible. I bought a weed trimmer and on the 2nd use, it stopped. I have my receipt, provided the model and serial numbers and was referred to a somewhat local service center. That center isn't getting anything out of them to repair or replace it. It's been 5 months since I dropped it off there! I've had numerous back & forth emails with their "support team" (different rep every time) and get nothing but, "Happy to help...will get back to you...sorry for the inconvenience" and nothing happens. I guess they want me to give up and go away. Glad I didn't waste money on one of their lawnmowers!

I contacted customer support.i bought so many hart tools. Bought bothe aircompressors. The HPIF50. Only 3 months old. I used it 2 times. 2nd time it's making such a grinding noise like the gears are chewing up. I left customer service hear it. He knew it sounded horrible. I explained I'm on disability and need it replaced. He told me if I have my receipt I can get bran new one sent. Today is 1/14/2025. I been looking for my receipt but can't find it. So not only did I buy the aircompressor , I now don't have it fixed. I got almost all their battery tools and luv them . Now I'm 64 n a woman. Now I feel it doesn't matter if u buy the tools. You better have receipt also. Now I'm seriously thinking of not buying any more hart tools n breaks my heart. How would you feel? Now I'm outta air compressor that cost alot, I even quit buying craftsman n others. I feel now I made a mistake

Purchased this equipment for my husband to do the yardwork, bought it as a gift and have a great outcome. He is pleased with it being lightweight and indicated it works great. I really recommend this Trimmer, Weed eater & blower to anyone with a passion to do yardwork. This equipment is lightweight and works 👍 great. Can't go wrong with a purchase like this. Best small air compressor I have purchased. No need to be near any eclectic power. Battery powered and portable, great combination.

I have purchased several HART battery powered devices and I can honestly say that I am truly impressed with the craftsmanship of the tools. I have always believed that you get what you pay for. I look forward to purchasing more HART tools in the future.

Warranty repair is a total joke. Expect to spend months and endless phone calls trying to get your warrantied item repaired. I have been trying over 3 months. At least 6 phone calls. Every persons says they will get the problem promptly resolved.....never happens. The tools are crap, they don't last. Save yourself hard earned money and valuable time. Buy a different brand, and NOT Ryobi...they're all the same company.

The comfort designed Tool is wellblanced and very durable I am no longer a beginner but I at the age in life where my grip and my balance are not the same I was a little early in my life so needless to say that I have dropped my share of tools and I give my little 20v drill a five star review on durability and reliability and comfort

The Hart Chainsaw is a well built and sturdy machine that can compete with Gas powered saws of it's caliber.
Powerful saw easy to handle and many cuts per charge.
Recommend it to anybody.

The batteries don’t last very long on the weed eater ,leaf blower combo . I had a worx weed eater ,leaf blower combo that would last for a month and a half before I would have to recharge it. With the harttools I can barely get done with a small lot that I use it for and have to recharge the three batteries that I have . With the worx combo I only have one battery

I bought two Hart stick vacuums and they both fell apart in the same area. Wheels fell off and roller bar plate broke on both. Bought replacement wheels they've broken already. No help from company. Said I didn't send in warranty but I know I did. Won't buy again. Won't recommend to anyone.
