I submitted two claim and got immediate response and payment. They explained everything clearly. I am very pleased with this company.

Made my first claim with no problem, no hassle. The company paid benefit was exactly as promised in materials when I signed up. Subsequent claims have been the same. Money was received promptly, too.

Hartville pet insurance has been such a help to me. The first claim took a little over 2 weeks to get but I got the entire 80% of my bill which is the plan I chose. The next few claims processed faster. They need time to collect medical history from your veterinarian. Overall so happy I decided to go with this company. You can do everything from their app which is super convenient!

Customer service was very helpful on the phone and guided me to the website to submit a claim as well as an estimate. Claims process on the website is quite simple and quick to submit. Turnaround on the claims processing was excellent. Website has appealing user interface. Great experience with Hartville as a new customer!

So far everything has been smooth. The have pretty good turn arounds on payment. I am very happy with the service. Hopefully it continues.

Glad we bought the insurance especially since we have a puppy. Our puppy eats a lot of things he is not supposed to. Had a scare he ate a squeaker but glad it was just stuffing. Once I submitted the vet bill the processing took some time but once it was complete I got my refund very fast.

The pre existing conditions were not explained. We r disappointed in this aspect.

Wow so far I have had a great experience with Hartville. They have saved me close to $1k in the last month in surgeries for Dean. I am happy I chose Hartville out of the other 5 I was looking into!
