My experience in purchasing a vehicle from Marc (Harvey Cooper Cars) is how buying a vehicle should be , I have no hesitation in recommending Harvey Cooper cars and Marc Eccles in particular. I would also like to pass on my appreciation for the "behind the scenes" team who valet and service the cars - you guys made a fantastic job of the Ford Ranger, it is a pity that I will not be able to keep up your good work. Fantastic buying experience from Harvey Cooper Cars, from reservation, to test drive to purchase & collection - seamless! Marc was straightforward to deal with, and a breath of fresh air after visiting a rather ‘pushy’ garage beforehand which HCC definitely are not! Thanks for looking after us, and big shout out to the guys doing the detailing & car prep, made ours look brand new!

The whole process was made really simple from start to finish. Communications were excellent throughout and the customer service advisor we dealt with (Marc) was extremely helpful. A highly recommended company.

We travelled a long way from Lincolnshire to Rippon to view the beautiful white Audi TT convertible. I instantly fell in love with it. Took it for a test drive and then paid the deposit.
Marc the sales chap was amazing. No pressure, very friendly, and even welcomed my little Cavapoo dog in the showroom. He couldn’t have done anymore for us
That evening and because they had such a wonderful rage of quality used cars in their showroom, I came away feeling a little spoilt for choice and started to think if I had made the right decision, and did I want another convertible or did I fancy a change and want a hard top.
I contacted Marc this morning and explained my dilemma and that I was so sorry for the inconvenience I had caused . Again, he couldn’t have been any kinder.
There was also a discrepancy on my old car’s MOT that I was planning on ‘maybe’ trading in . There was a typo error in the system inputted by my local garage that had carried out a previous MOT. Marc was trying to get this rectified for me, irrespective that I still hadn’t 100% committed to either trade my old car in or to sell privately .
Even after I cancelled the sale Marc was still kind enough to send through all the email correspondence so I could go back to the original MOT tester to try and get the discrepancy rectified for a future trade in or sale. Obviously, Marc didn’t have to do that, but he did. 😉
When I do eventually decide I would not have any hesitation to go back to them

From the initial phone to the delivery of my car purchase everything was perfect. Spoke to Craig about what I was looking for and he passed me onto Marc to run through some details. Personalized videos sent x2, and even had the car delivered without seeing in person.
Very accommodating and made me feel at ease through the whole transaction.

This is how buying a car should be!!!!!

These guys set the benchmark for all other car Sales Executives. And having purchased several cars in the last ten years, I feel qualified to rate them against others.

I contacted Marc in sales and provided him with my financial position re a PCP and interest in a car in stock.

Marc passed the enquiry to Craig, due to being away for a few days to ensure that my order was progresses expeditiously. Craig contacted me the very next morning with details of a vehicle with my specification in stock, and at the price point suggested. No back and forth with the usual theatre of “I’ll see what my manager can do.” He is the manager and he sorted it without a fuss.

Marc became my point of contact then throughout the sale and was a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He kept his word when he promised a call and kept me informed throughout.

Collection was arrange for just a few days later. No mean feat given the prep, paperwork, part exchange, MOT, plate transfer and workload he already has.

Marc completed the sale which was done quickly, without fuss and I drove away in my new car in less than an hour after arriving at Harvey Cooper.

Unfortunately I have found that it is rare to deal with a business who match my expectations and have a genuine passion for customer care. Marc and Craig have these qualities in abundance and are a credit to Harvey Cooper and the profession.

Thank you to you both. Exceptional customer service and after care, Communication and a want to help customers through the process of buying a new car, which was made an easy and enjoyable process.

Great experience with this company. I'm always a bit worried about buying vehicles online without seeing them but this was so easy with Marc from Harvey Coopers assistance! He was super fast to respond to any queries, sent videos of the vehicle for me & kept me updated throughout the process, which also took less than a week from start to finish, even though I'm at the other end of the country! I am loving my new vehicle!
