Rubbish - both son and I tried the 10% voucher off and didn’t work on either of our devices but the company has now harvested our emails - we didn’t order and the email won’t let you unsubscribe - says something went wrong. Tried multiple times. What a waste of time but I have found the same item on another site so will just use that. Bye bye Harvey

Placed 2 large orders with Harvey Nichols, I have not used them for a while because their quality was previously awful! Well things have not improved, both orders have items missing and what they have delivered looks like it was kicked down the street first! Definitely my last time ordering from these!!

I ordered a trudon candle expensive too it was for a Christmas gift when it arrived it had the two Gold seals on the lid opened the candle glass container all marked finger prints the wax was flaked and spread allover the inside of the box and the candle was chipped along it's rim I thought Harvey nics as a high end retailer if I had wanted a cheaper candle and didn't mind it already being opened, handled and knocked around I would have gone to a charity shop. I contacted customer service and sent photos to them but fancy a high end retailer sending this out in this state in the first place is beyond me their quality control needs to be stepped up after all that the customer service team replied if I wanted to keep the 100 pound candle they would give a 10% discount what an insult I bought it for a gift I can't give that damaged opened product to anyone they have sent me a QR code for returning I will be returning it so they can throw it away no one would want it I will never shop there again better customer service in poundland they need to step up their game

I placed an online order with Harvey Nichols, only to find out later that one of the items was out of stock. I paid the full amount using a Harvey Nichols gift card. However, when I contacted customer service, they insisted that only the adjusted amount (minus the missing item) was deducted, despite my clear balance indicating otherwise. After finally realizing their mistake, they promised to update me on the refund by the end of the day—but two days later, there's still no update, and the refund hasn't been applied to my gift card. This has been a frustrating experience with serious customer service missteps.

Worst experience with Harvey Nichols, they won’t accept an exchange without a tag. But the issue is the product came without a tag! It’s definitely a deteriorating departmental store, never again I would say, you have better alternatives like harrods or self fridges.

I telephoned through to the Birmingham store to ask about a particular size jacket we were looking for ..for my son’s birthday today. Gabbi from Harvey Nichols could not have been more helpful. She said she would set aside the jacket for us until we arrived.
On arrival she had 2 sizes for him to try .. perfect. A really lovely girl and nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you so so much xx

I placed an order with Harvey Nichols back in August for two dresses. Only one dress arrived so I sent the remaining dress back for a refund. I reached out to Harvey Nichols requesting a refund for both the missing dress that never arrived and the dress I sent back for a refund. They got back to let me know that my order was placed with one of their Brand Partners “and as such was shipped and payment taken directly by the brand themselves”. Still, I paid Harvey Nichols directly for the items so whether the order was placed with a brand partner or not, they were responsible for my purchase. Harvey Nichols then confirmed that they had contacted the company to ask that they reach out to me to assist with my refund.
However, several weeks passed and I wasn’t contacted or assisted any further by either Harvey Nichols or their Brand Partner. Eventually, I was able to get all my money back by raising a chargeback claim with my bank, but I should never have had to go that far. Overall, a disappointing and unsatisfactory shopping experience.

Returned an item to Harvey Nichols, they then claimed I had returned a completely different item and refused to refund me. I had proof of postage etc to track but the Customer Services department were patronising, condescending and basically told me I was lying about the item. So frustrating. They want to send me an unseen item I have never owned. Dreadful response from a premium department store!

Really love this department store have shopped here for many many years and used to go there all the time as a child with my mother. Always a lovely pleasant experience, many unique brands and products always an impeccable service as well.
I am a regular shopper in here and have used many of their services as well and so far they have never let me down .

Don't make an online order.

Will take the money, product will not be delivered and then they will take 2 months to through their review process just to give poor answers

I got what seemed like a nice jacket from mens dept had to go to tailors (few alterations) picked it up before I went home. Now a month before I go to wedding in Portugal took it out of protector, wish I could show you the pics all the stitching loose at top of vent & bottom of jacket has stiches coming out. I cannot believe this Jacket ever got sold but it did to this idiot, beware, check stiching all over jacket in Harvey Nichs Edinburgh or anywhere else. So pissed off!

I recently visited Harvey Nichols in Liverpool and visited the La Prairie counter,I was served by Laura Clark, who I can say was so friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable of all the products she was selling.I had a hand and arm massage which was so relaxing and offered a glass of Prosecco ,definitely a good combination.Thankyou to Laura for making my visit to the store so memorable,I will definitely return,Fabulous service !

I'd already placed my order prior to reading the reviews. A £500+ order and the reviews did make me nervous.

Payed for next day delivery. Arrived no problem. Needed to return but had issues with their portal. Emailed and had a response within 24 hours. Items returned and a refund processed within a couple of days. Pleased with that.

Ordered a second order, again payed for next day delivery. Didn't arrive next day, HN refunded the delivery charge and the parcel arrived a day late.

Overall, a good experience.

When it passed over two weeks since promised delivery date and got obvious that the package got lost, I contacted them asking for a refund and they refused to do anything whatsoever. I ended up having to raise a credit card charge dispute.

I am very disappointed to hear that no fault was found with the VEJA Campo black leather sneakers that I returned. I have only worn them once, so I am truly surprised and frustrated that they were deemed to be worn out due to wear and tear.

To provide more context, I purchased these sneakers on June 20th and noticed the tearing after just one wear. Upon my complaint, I was informed that the damage was due to usage. I fail to understand how such a tear could result from normal use after only a single wear.

Given these circumstances, I am requesting a refund for this purchase. This experience has been quite disheartening. In the past, other brands have been much more accommodating when I encountered issues with their products, often providing satisfactory solutions.
I wanted to try the VEJA for the first time, but I noticed that you do not stand behind your product.

Very bad, very bad very bad would not recommend this shop they don’t even give you the products. Please don’t go here, they robbed my £500 be careful to shop here it’s not good. Please read the reviews . don’t go here avoid at cost
