A good cheerful 3 man team, this professional team set up the bed and mattress in 15 minutes.

It was great to have the live updates so we knew exactly when our suite was arriving. The two guys were very friendly and super efficient at bringing in and setting up our furniture.

Delivery guys were great, lifts were not yet operational so it was hard work, a lot of furniture. Pleasant and friendly. Jolene was most helpful as we were buying furniture for a new apartment. Knowledgeable and so helpful

I was able to follow my delivery with the app provided which was useful. The driver and his helper where courteous and carried the packages into my house as requested.

Service from Paul at the store was really positive and he really suited our needs for cost and timing. The delivery guys were efficient and extremely polite. Exceptional efficiency from your teams. Definitely will use Harvey Norman Team again

The settee was delivered on time and put into position with no problem.
The deliverymen were very careful bringing it into the house.

Our first purchase from Harvey Norman Boucher and the whole process has been very good. From the helpfulness of the sales staff by encouraging us to sample the product, to explanation of the different price points & brand qualities. The prices were competitive pitched against similar quality from suppliers within 15 mile radius. The sale price was confirmed despite our choice being out of stock. We were offered easy payments with an explanation of how this works. Once ordered we were given a realistic lead time and the items came earlier than anticipated. We were given several options for delivery to suit our availability. On the morning (06:30am) of delivery we received a text confirming the delivery for that day & given a link for live delivery times - which was brilliant meaning we could leave home to do messages without the worry of missing the delivery team. The delivery guys were easily the most pleasant, efficient and neatest I’ve experienced for a while. They first assessed the location in our home, then taking cognisance of our various furniture & pictures and such like carefully manoeuvred the items to ensure no damage. They opened the polythene again taking care they didn’t damage the contents, then gathered all packing & took it away. The whole process from entering Harvey Norman’s very well presented Boucher store to delivery of the items has been a great experience.

Glenn’s friendly attitude from the start excellent. He introduced himself and shook hands making me feel very relaxed and confident.
He explained everything about the leather and seemed happy to share his knowledge.

The two lads arrived right on time. They were very friendly and professional. They had the corner suite in situ within 10 minutes. As good as you’ll get from any store. Excellent all round from Harvey Norman, suite arrived early and was kept informed of day of delivery, then a 2 hour window and then when they were almost here. Extremely efficient all round.
