Daily Direct HAULBIKES Reviews

They were wonderful. Very professional and they took great care of our 3 HD's on our move from NY to FL.

Always reliable anywhere in the country- great communication and friendly people.

Delivered exactly as promised. And Dottie in the office is an absolute peach!

From the quote with Cheryl to the pick up with Joe and the delivery with Blake the professional courtesy brought me confidence in HAULBIKES even with a delay and changed itenarary the experience with these three representatives assured my confidence never wavered. Thank you to the best team ever!!

The actual pickup and delivery were about a month later than estimated. I understand that economically shipping a motorcycle takes time, but I expect more reasonable estimates. I also had to initiate most of the communication for updates.

The bike did arrive safely undamaged and the drivers were very professional. Though they weren’t actually able to pick up and drop off at the specified location.

The bike arrived without a scratch. I didn’t know if long distance hauling might include bumps or bruises.
The truck driver was friendly and efficient.

They picked up and delivered per contract. Motorcycle arrived just as it left. Their specialized truck was perfect for the job allowing for proper securing. Staff was courteous all around.

Dottie was very friendly the entire time. Although the time line was way longer than anticipated. They did not communicate well at all and I had to keep contacting them for updates. They also took the bike to a warehouse and stored it, so the direct delivery is not true. They only onlyer person I talked to was not rude but definitely not as friendly. The price was reasonable, but the delivery timeline was extremely poor. I do not recommend unless you don't care when they pick up or when you get your delivery.

Shipped our bikes from
NorthernCalifornia to New York. The drivers schedulers all made it happen a great team of people to work with. The bikes were delivered in perfect shape.

The key reason I chose Haulbikes is
because they are known to safely transport your motorbikes at a reasonable rate. And they did exactly that to have my new bmw roadster shipped from Utah to Chicago. Yes, they took a while to pick up but that was clearly called out when I placed the order - so nothing I wasn’t expecting. Kudos to John who dropped my motorbike. He communicated throughout the drop off process and was right on time. I’d definitely use their services in the future if need be.

Overall, experience was good. The delivery took longer than expected. The bike was just very dusty and a few water drops on tank due to storage. The driver was extremely nice, an expert in his field, impressed with the truck loading/unloading. The main office in Milwaukee was very helpful, particularly Crystal.

Haul Bikes made my move worry free. I moved over 1,000 miles away and all I had to do was drop off my bike at the Harley dealership and wait til it arrived. Honestly it arrived before I was ready for it because I had so many other things to take care of.
When I went to pick it up at the Haul Bikes warehouse, someone there had a family emergency and no one was there to let me pick up my bike. I called them they worked their magic and got me taken care of in a most unorthodox method, proving they do what it takes to make the customer happy.

Once arranged, Haul Bikes picked up my motorcycle a day earlier than expected and delivered it a day earlier than expected. Drivers were courteous and knowledgeable and treated my bike with respect as they are all riders too. From Azusa, CA to Detroit, MI took 22 days. Almost exactly what the pick-up driver said. Expect and respond immediately to driver’s communications to you as situations can change literally on an hour by hour basis the closer it gets to meeting them. If I ever need to ship my motorcycle again, I will definitely use Haul Bikes!

Bill, my driver notified me 24 hours before delivery and kept me apprised before his arrival the day of. I could not be more pleased. What an incredible experience! Working in 95 degree heat, he assisted me in getting my motorcycle up onto my trailer, and proceeded to secure the bike with my tie downs to perfection. I could not have done so without him. His hands on assistance, experience and professionalism, as well as his helpful demeanor culminated into a delivery experience that has surpassed all others I have engaged in the past. Haulbikes.com rocks!, and in large, because of hardworking, dedicated people like Bill, who respect people’s property as if it were his own. Good people are hard to find, and great people are hard to keep. Haul bikes knows the residual assets in keeping folks like Bill happy. I’ll never even consider another transport company again. I’ve found the best of the best, and in a society where mediocrity suffices, and we lower our standards because of this, it is a true pleasure to be associated with haulbikes because they raise the bar standard for all others to attempt to reach.

My 3 bikes were delivered earlier than promised! They were delivered to me in the same condition as I gave them, not a scratch on them, barely even any dust. Used haul bikes before and will use haul bikes again!!

Endless delays. Backed out of delivery dates four times.

The communication was great. Everything was even better than expected..the pick up and the delivery was even sooner than anticipated

Great Price.
Did they best to keep in communication with pick up and shipping.
Successful pick up and drop off across country.
Seller said driver was very nice.
Bike traveled from Pennsylvania to San Diego before final cross ocean transport to Hawaii .
Slower that I expected, but that’s what I had heard in advance of selecting their service.

I have never shipped my bike before so I was a little nervous. But my bike arrived to it's destination on time and in good shape. I would use this company again to ship my bike ! Thank You !
