Paid over £200 for 2 wall lights and they are faulty, yet still awaiting a response from my email.
One of the lights has a bent rod and totally ruins the whole thing. Remote controls don’t work and overall , a total shambles.

Superb. But let me start from the beginning.
I purchased a pair of lights on the 23rd of February. And then I looked on trustpilot and saw a lot of damning reviews, referring to extremely poor quality, a lack of customer service and no refunds?.
I was extremely concerned. However, I contacted customer service services expressing my concern and they assured me I had nothing to worry about.
I received four notifications during the delivery process and when the lights arrived. They were exactly as the promotional video described. Beautifully made of quality materials.
Three different lighting moods and three timer settings.
You can hang the lights upright, upside down or sideways on single or double screw points.
I happily and honestly rate this 5 STARS

Is a fake company

Didnd't receive the goods, nor refunded nor they replied to any of my emails

We bought a light from this company and paid £1000 for it. After a few months the led bulbs started fading, we sent an email and they wanted to offer us a percentage off a new light!! We told them it was still under warranty and that we expected it replacing if they couldn’t fix it but since then they have stopped responding!!! Disgusting customer service and very disappointing!!!!

The prices these guys have is one thing, so you expect high quality, I kid you not it arrived in full Chinese labels, which is not necessarily a bad thing, however the quality is absolutely mind blowing, for example my light is £325, I swear a £25 light I have around my house feels better quality. Haus of Interiors advertise as they are UK and Europe company. They are not, if they were they would respect customer rights and their right to return items. I bought a lamp. It didn't suit my house. I tried to return, sent about 15 emails... First they offered a discount, later they said they wont accept the return, that I could find 'another place' in the house to fit the lamp. I had to cancel via credit card company. Then I received a rude email after canceling the payment. Overall all their nonsense took a lot of time to sort out. Very Very unprofessional and disappointing.
I wish I could choose -5 stars!

Ordered light's 27th September still nothing. Company have stoped responding to my emails. I have given up hope now. Looking at the reviews mostly bad I did notice a couple of satisfied customers. But if I wanted to gamble I would rather do the lottery. Unfortunately I didn't do my homework on this website. Do yourself a favour spend the bit extra and buy from local or reputable companies. Do not purchase from them. I ordered a pair of battery operated wall lights and before I placed order I asked them if they come at the price as a pair, reply was yes! However weeks late only received one. I’ve messaged and emailed them with no response. I can’t find them on companies house. Clearly they are not legitimate.

Please avoid. Place order and wrong faulty goods arrive. Not from UK.! Shipped from abroad. Don't respond to problems, make promises they dont keep
Sont waste your money ! Complete joke.

Having read the reviews I was sceptical about buying but I was in love with their battery wall lights. I made contact prior to ordering saying exactly that, they reassured me as best they could plus confirmed stock availability and delivery lead time, so I placed my order. I received my delivery within 4 working days and they are as beautiful as I expected. Very high quality.

Really dreadful. They take twice as long to charge as they last on. Terrible quality. Not worth the money AT ALL

SCAM COMPANY- gutted I didn’t see the reviews before I bought. Said they’ve been delivered to my porch today - I don’t have a porch, I have a ring doorbell. Can’t get hold of anyone, absolutely gutted. I work really hard for my money, save and save to get nice things and then scam artists like this take advantage. Gutted.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered the lights weeks ago had no update and now been told when I tried to communicate with them which in itself is a task they tell me they have a shortage due to a big order and will be with me in a few weeks. Lack of communication, after long delay and a number of emails exchanged, a delivery arrived unexpectedly but not what was ordered, as I had to cancel our original electrician due to the delay when we finally managed to get the item fitted we realised the wrong finish was sent silver not gold as ordered, unfortunately we were at work when the electrician came to fit these and he did not know they were not the correct ones and they were fixed. When I contacted the company and explained I had no response, no sorry just an email asking for a review, when I explained my disappointment they sent an email saying they would look into this and 2 weeks later still no response.

Taken payment, not delivered lights now months late and customer service don't reply. Actually just theft at this point. Total scam.

Avoid! Ordered lights, paid almost £200 4 weeks ago and nothing delivered. Keep on emailing them asking for a refund as they admitted they are out of stock and they keep just replying thinking me for my patience! Still selling online despite knowing they can't fulfill orders

Bought 2 lights which came with out the remote so I can not really use them only on one function! I have emailed 5 times and not even had a response from my email. Terrible after care!!!

Ordered on the 30th July and no delivery in sight, I got one response to say they will check it and nothing since.
Finally a new order was sent and received this today 26th Aug, obviously not used them yet but they work and good quality with a working remote

THIS COMPANY ARE A SCAM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND EITHER SEND YOU DAMAGED GOODS OR NOT THE CORRECT GOODS OR QUANTY. THEY WILL REFUSE TO REFUND YOU EVEN IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED DAMAGED GOODS AND WILL IGNORE YOUR MESSAGES. THE ITEMS ARE MADE IN CHINA AND CAN BE BOUGHT FOR A FRACTION OF THE PRICE FROM TEMU

I only received one sconce when I was told I would get two, prior to purchase. I gave it away because the company refused to honor their word. I would not purchase again or recommend.
