WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! If I could give no stars, I would!
My dad ordered a coat at the beginning of January - it never arrived. I chased for him then tried to cancel the order. During this time, my Dad died at the beginning of March, so I asked Julia to cancel the order as now he's passed he won't need the coat. She seemed helpful but TEN months of back and forth, then silence, and me chasing and still no resolve! The coat arrived months after Dad died, which was of no use to my Mum. I wanted to return it and they offered for me to keep it and they will refund 50% - that never happened. Obviously Dad's accounts had to be closed and as the executor, I asked for the refund to be put in my account - that didn't happen either after months of chasing. They are jokers, constantly giving you the run around. Only recently Julia offered to send another item from their website for the value of 120% of the original order. I chose some shoes, then she asked me to pay the shipping cost. Several emails of me asking what the shipping cost would be and they now tell me the order and refund has been closed! A complete waste of time. WORST company I've ever dealt with! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
A SCAM Company
The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. They promise things promptly but nothing is every done and they always "understand" which they don't. I'm sure their responses are Ai and not a real person. They are an absolute SCAM!!!
They required I send the blouse that were not the fabilic they advertised and the tailoring was horrible, back to Spain the get a refund. (I had verified they were in the US before ordering.) I finally mailed they merchandise to Spain to the address they gave me at a cost of just under $35. It was refused at the address and sent back to me. (I've read other reviews not that were told to send their merchandise to Germany.). Then they promised to refund me, but every time they blamed it on my bank that it was taking time to process there. I asked for confirmation of the amount and date issued and to where, for my refund. That was never supplied, just promised over and over.
They are a waste of time and money and will do nothing they promise.

Run, don't walk, away from this scam company
The shirts did not resemble the pictures on the web, and the material felt like sandpaper. It took 5 email rounds for them to agree to accept a return, and then told me it would be my expense to ship the return from NYC to Madrid (roughly $30). After reading up on the company, it seemed unlikely that I would ever receive the return, so I gave up and donated the shirts to a charity.
Overall a Positive Experience — Just Be Aware of Customs Fees
I wanted to write this review without any promotional or personal benefit — simply to share my honest experience. While product quality can be subjective, I personally think the items are well-made and above average in terms of fabric and craftsmanship.
Throughout the entire process, Julia was extremely helpful and responsive. She replied to all my emails and did her best to assist me. Since the products were shipped from quite far away, I was a bit worried something might go wrong, but everything went smoothly and professionally.
The only issue I faced was with customs in my country. One of the items was subject to an extremely high import tax — almost five times the product’s original price — so I wasn’t able to receive it. Strangely, the other two items were not taxed that way. I’ve already sent an email regarding the return, and I’m confident that once the item is returned, the refund will be processed back to my card.
I also wanted to write this comment in response to some of the negative reviews here. If there are no customs-related issues in your country, I believe this is actually a reliable and recommendable website. I wanted to share my own experience as someone who has already received the products and tested the process personally.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality and the customer service.

I deeply regret purchasing from Havery Ridge. The clothing quality is comparable to Shein — but sold at a much higher price. None of the items have labels, so you can’t even confirm the size or material. It feels cheap and misleading.
Refunds? Forget it. They’re impossible. Instead, Julia from customer service will offer you alternative items to make it seem like things will improve, for the shipping cost only ... She’s professional and responsive, but unfortunately, she’s representing a brand that delivers subpar products.
To make matters worse, shipping takes weeks because everything is coming from China — something they don’t make clear upfront. Stay away from this company !!!

Tried to return shirts because they were too masculine looking. They offered to send replacements. Those replacements never came. They then offered to refund 75% of the cost if I kept them. That refund never came. For literally six months I emailed them weekly and got a cheerful response each time saying a manager was involved and my refund was in the final stages. Clearly AI responses and never a refund. So scummy.

I ordered the sebastien suede sneakers on a whim and ended up loving them. They’re super light and easy to style. Took a week to arrive and looked spotless out of the box.

First of all the shirt I ordered did not look anything like the one they advertised on facebook. The fabric was pure crap. Also ordered a cashmere jacket that was stiff and heavy. Customer service was very nice about returns as they know it would cost more to return to Berlin Germany than I paid for both pieces. I was offered a partial refund which was nice. Beware of buying anything over seas.

Common theme...total scam. I ordered shoes...which took weeks to arrive since they came from China. Wanted a refund - only offered 40% of the price, but I could keep the shoes (which were not what I actually ordered in the first place). I said I wanted a full refund and would return the shoes, but that would have cost more than what I paid since the return address was in Spain. Customer service has been very quick to respond, but it's been a complete charade pretending they'd refund a negotiated 70% of original price. The rep "Julia" has done a fine job keeping up the cover story. So...it's a complete ripoff...don't get sucked in!
