Very fast delivery of our order which was extremely well packed. Strangely one of the tankards had a damaged top edge which I reported to customer services attaching photos. Received a replacement within 48 hours, excellent customer service. The beer and cider aren’t half bad either. Can’t fault them.

Excellent products. Excellent service
Always a great beer. Lots of choice available. Also the shipping and packaging of the beer is excellent. I’ve never received a damaged box or product. Excellent all round.

All in all
All in all, it was a great experience. The ordering process was very quick, and the delivery went smoothly as well. The only thing that might be worth mentioning is the packaging. Unfortunately, two bottles from my order were broken. I believe this is because they were not packed securely enough or not in sufficiently protective packaging.
Aside from that, the taste of Hawkstone, as always, is pure perfection. We enjoy drinking it every time—whether at the pub, at Five Guys, or at Diddly Squat Farm. We’re also very happy that it’s now possible to order it to our home in Austria.

Hey Guys, im really sorry as you can tell by my ordering previously.
Every month I have to ring and correct the order. The staff are amazing and always sort it but you have set a system up and its obviously not working, although the staff always saves the day
