Great all round
Firstly, I really like the cider, it's delicious.
The gin is excellent too. While I'm not a lager drinker, the standard Hawkstone is also quite nice.
The ordering and delivery processes are simple and swift.
Finally - backing British producers is a huge plus.

Disappointed with the service
This is my 2nd order. In both case, there took my money straight away but no confirmation email, the orders don't appear on my account. I can see the 1st one on the Shop app now it has been delivered but not my one I did last weekend. I want it by Friday but I have no idea what is going on. The same happened on my 1st order.
I tried to get on touch via email but no answer
The beers and ciders are really lovely. I feel so disappointed with the service 😞😞😞

Yodelling issues!
Liked: The product (Nectar) is delicious, ease of ordering and speed of delivery.
Disliked: Delivery driver did not ring the doorbell, simply left order on doorstep and cleared off (I know it's not Hawkstones fault, but you did ask)! Oh, and yes.... The socks are good quality too!

Love most of the beers and the cider, in particular the limited addition Nector
which I hope becomes a regular as it’s a great summer drink.
Delivery is quick and it’s well packaged so all in all it’s a great product with great service.

Flat Cider
My most recent 2 cases of Cider on subscription have been completely flat. I have raised this with Hawkstone and for my recent full case of flat cider I have been refunded £4.25! I have been a Hawkstonain for nearly 3 years.
Sadly I won't be supporting this local business any more.

Wonderful stuff
Wonderful stuff, I decided to order more and more beer last time and ordered all the lagers and the cider. The beer works perfectly, it gets me nice and drunk, exactly the way my wife likes me. I'll probably order some merchandise when I put my next order in.
