I was delighted to receive the Warley Fall HDG Full Monty set as a birthday gift. Absolutely love it and the range of roses makes it perfect for any job in the garden, and quality in every part of the set is impressive. That in itself gets 5 reviews but I also want to recognise the outstanding service of the customer services team. Only having used the can for 10 days disaster struck and the can fell off the garden bench onto concrete patio which scuffed, dented and chipped the paint on the can. I was devastated and contacted the team on suggestions on what could be done. Antonio went above and beyond for me to return it for repainting and the team worked their magic and repainted the whole can and surprised me by even removing the dent to bring it back to new, and it was ready to be returned to me within 2 days! Absolutely outstanding service. Thank you!

Cannot fault Haws' service. My 2 gallon Bearwood Brook developed a slight leak after 6 years service, and Haws sent out a replacement under the 10 year guarantee without delay. I also have a 2 gallon Heritage watering can which is still going strong at more than 20 years of age, and looks the business now with 2 new wooden handles (amazed they're still available).
Also loved Haws' reply to a certain whinging reviewer on this site - made my day!

I unearthed a 30+ year old copper watering can in the garage. The rose would not fit properly. I sent it back for analysis and the rose was replaced free and the watering can polished. It now looks superb and has still retained its character. Excellent customer service.

I purchased a watering can and mister set from haws and the mister had some issues with it. When I reached out they immediately replaced the mister no questions asked with one that worked perfectly. Great customer service!

I have a few Haws Watering Cans for various jobs in the house and outside. They are all lovely to use, well balanced, and deliver the water where I want it to go.
I recently contacted the company about a problem with my Warley Falls can. The process was swift, simple and efficient. Admin got straight back to me and sorted out my issue quickly, with no quibbles or endless back and forth.

I purchased a Waverly 2 gallon watering can directly from Haws. After 3 months it developed a leaking issue. I contacted Haws via the chat and got an email response the very next. A replacement can is being sent. No quibble. Based on experience with other retailers, the customer service is brilliant. Thanks

Brilliant products, delivered next day and packed wonderfully. We purchased two 2 gallon Bearwood Brooks in green and graphite colours. They came highly recommended and we are so pleased with the product. Not the cheapest but arguably the best watering cans available anywhere.

I cannot praise this company more. I bought a new watering can recently. All was fine but I noticed the water level was going down overnight. After videoing the can, it appeared that the top seam was not sealed properly.
I sent the video to Haws, who immediately sent me a replacement. No qualms, no fuss. You cannot get better service than that!

Haws watering cans fantastic I brought two, of the two gallon watering cans 25 yrs ago and still going strong there like an old friend. Then back in 2022 I brought two of the exact cans to save me running up down garden to water storage tank.
Any way one of my latest cans sprung a leak very unfortunate. I contacted them and with no issues at all for a replacement on the life time guarantee with in a couple of days it was delivered to me, Now that’s what I call fantastic customer service 10/10 thank you
I see people buying these silly plastic water cans that don’t do the job properly nor last very long an ask why!
Just invest in a HAWS watering cans no more expensive over the years you buying inferior quality ones and there almost like a statement piece around your garden

Ace service. Ordered Friday pm, delivered by 11 am next day.
Beautiful 2 gallon watering can and roses for both this one and my pre existing half size can. Quality you can just feel. I have had my small can 15 years and it's still looks good and doing the job in the greenhouse.
The 2 gallon is big enough for general garden use. Though will be pretty heavily when full.
Looking forward to getting in the garden later today and transplanting the cabbages.

I had a small leak in my lovely Haws can but customer service (Tandy) could not have been swifter or more efficient in response to my email and I now have a replacement can.
I have three other Haws cans, one for more than 30 years and am a big fan.

Outstanding customer service from Haws when I messaged about the broken cross stay (the top handle) on my watering can. It must be nearly 10 years old but I was offered a replacement handle or 50% discount on a new can.
Throughout the process communication was swift and polite and my new can was dispatched the same day as I made payment.
Haws has demonstrated the gold standard in customer care.
Five stars just isn’t enough.

I have a copper Haws indoor watering can that is more than 30 years old. A very small leak appeared before the pouring spout became detached and made it useless. A phone call to the customer service team enabled me to post it back to them for a repair. I was so happy as I had inherited this watering can from my mother and it has sentimental value as well as being a very useful and beautiful object. Instead of being put in landfill it is once again being put to good use in my home. A Haws watering can is for life with a service that helps in this way. I am so grateful to the Team at Haws and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our much loved 20+ year old Warley Fall Galvanised Can developed a small leak. On contacting Haws for advice, Tandy was extremely helpful and offered options of either a new one at a discounted rate or that the original could be looked at to see if a repair was possible. I accepted both options! Phil was able to repair the original can and it’s now working perfectly and sits alongside our brand new one. I was updated frequently by email throughout our correspondence.

A huge thank you to Tandy and Phil for your guidance, help and support. It’s rare to have such amazing customer service, especially when the product is as old as our lovely original can!
