There was also a seamless transition to Kenneth and the sales team for the recent completion, which again was all managed remotely and they found me a buyer within a couple of days. 100% recommended for both property management and sales.

Couldn’t have had a better experience with Haybrook for my rental and move in. Meg was in charge of my move and was fantastic. All processes were simple and easy to follow, and she was always available if I needed help or had questions (as were rest of the team)

What with the current situation with Corona virus, I was concerned this may effect my move in, but all was taken care of and I was reassured that I was in good hands throughout the process :)

As an investor, it’s really important to work with Agents who understand the needs of both the seller and the buyer and can effectively communicate between the two parties. Joanne and Elle certainly do and are always very professional and efficient in responding to information requests and key questions I need answering throughout the process.

Due to the unexpected falling through of the temporary accommodation I had arranged following a recent house sale, I had to arrange a let in incredibly immediate circumstances and due to the unexpected nature of the situation, it was far from straight forward and potentially an incredibly stressful one. However, thanks to the help from Zoe Gregory at Haybrook Lettings, everything was sorted within 24 hours and my new home was secure! Would fully recommend and I'm very much looking forward to renting from them for the future :)

Sharon and team have been professional and communicated well throughout the process of renting out our accommodation. They found the perfect tenant for our situation and we know that should anything need sorting, the team will be on it.

Moving house/renting property is one of the most stressful things ever. I can honestly say that Zoe was brilliant from the start. Friendly, professional and really nice always a phone call away and always returned my calls. I had a sense of trust from the start which is really important to me. Had to contact Haybrooks several times regarding the on line application process, (my naivety of IT) and someone always helped me and were so supportive.

I have most contact with Meg at Haybrook who is very approachable, friendly and understanding and she always works hard to get the repairs and any other work to the flat arranged as quickly as possible. I feel very comfortable in contacting her for any help I need and on days where she is not available the other staff are also very friendly and helpful. They chase up work that hasn't been done and check in with me to make sure work is completed. Thank you for all the help.
