My experience has been great so far, less than three months ago they started my process, so we are waiting for the I-140 approval. Carla de Oliveira answers any questions I have right away. She is very helpful. Hoping and praying that everything goes well!

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from my case manager, Carla Oliveira. Since she started handling my case, everything began to move forward. She helped me organize all the information I needed for my process, always with great courtesy, dedication, and respect. I am still waiting for my approval to fully validate the company's overall efficiency, but so far, my experience has been excellent!

I strongly advise against working with this law firm. They have caused me a great deal of frustration and disappointment. For two years, they have done absolutely nothing regarding my case. Now, they are no longer responding to phone calls or emails.

They refuse to refund my money, claiming that there's nothing I can do against them. They kept making false promises just to keep me waiting, and now I am taking legal action against them.

I am currently suing this firm, and I will not stop until I get my money back. Their behavior has been completely unprofessional and unethical. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Our experience with Hayman-Woodward was terrible. In summary:

1. They do not let you review the documents that they present to USCIS, however if your Visa is denied, they mention that you accepted the documents so you can not complain.

2. When we finally got the documents, we could realice the poor quality job of this firm. They prepare a generic business plan and letters without accomplish what USCIS demands for this type of Visa. It is supposed that they are experts in this processes but the job that they did was very far of it.

3 They suggested us the fast track way, so We could obtain our Visa in less of one year and it has more success cases. So we paid the additional fee in order to have the Visa in this period time. When we received the Denied answer, Hayman lawyer mentioned that we must not have taken that fast track way since it is not recommended. We mentioned that your firm recommended us to take it and they didn’t know what to answer.

4. When we review all the documents that they sent to the USCIS and the observations that USCIS did, we could appreciate that anyone had done our documents, since it didn’t follow basic standards and requirements that USCIS demands. So we asked Hayman to redo our documents and the answer was that it will cost USD $ 450 per hour of work.

5. A lot of lack of answers after they obtain your payment.

We chose Hayman Woodward since we were sure that it was the best firm. But now we know that it is more related to PR and marketing investments they do for have this position in the market. We have other friends in the same situation with Hayman, and it is a pain since all your money is lost.

Look for other firms, do not trust in Hayman Woodward.

Beware of Hayman Woodward – Terrible Service and Failure to Honor Agreements

My experience with Hayman Woodward has been nothing short of a nightmare. I engaged their services for visa consulting, trusting their promises of professionalism and expertise. However, the reality was far from acceptable. Here’s a summary of the issues I faced:
1. Unacceptable Service Quality:
• The letters they provided were poorly written and lacked credibility. Shockingly, some of them were even generated using ChatGPT, which is unacceptable for official immigration purposes.
• Despite raising concerns about the quality of their work, they failed to make meaningful corrections.
2. Acknowledgment of Poor Service:
• After several complaints and a long back-and-forth process, they acknowledged the poor quality of their work and agreed to reimburse me 70% of the amount I paid as a gesture of resolution.
3. Failure to Honor Reimbursement Agreement:
• Despite agreeing to the reimbursement, they have failed to fulfill their part of the agreement, leaving me with no clarity on when or if I will be paid. It has been more than 20 business days since the promised reimbursement date, and I still haven’t received a single penny.

This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. For a company that claims to prioritize its clients, their actions demonstrate the opposite. I urge anyone considering their services to think twice before trusting them with something as important as visa consulting.

If you want reliable, professional, and trustworthy assistance, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Hayman Woodward is simply not worth the hassle, stress, and money.

Hi So far my application for EB2 visa has concluded, and without the assingment of Karla Gonzales in the case it would have been completely different and much slower. She is diligent, detail oriented and always pushing forward. At first the firm was slow to respond, but Karla assigned to my case just changed everything.

The entire Hayman team was excellent. I have no words to describe their extraordinary work. I have to say that Karla Gonzalez did a job that exceeded all expectations. She is a professional in every sense of the word. I recently became an American citizen. I applied for EB2 NIW with HAYMAN WOODWARD in 2017, the company has many years of experience and well-trained employees. I highly recommend it for anyone who dreams of immigrating.

If I could give this law firm 0 stars, I would. I signed a contract in September 2020 after a meeting with Volkan Pekiner, who assured me they could handle my complex immigration case. From the start, I had to constantly correct the information they used, despite filling out long questionnaires. It took over 7 months to file the initial case, which finally happened in April 2021. In February 2021, I had a meeting with attorney Camargo and CEO Freitas, Freitas was very condescending and basically told me if I didn’t like their services to go somewhere else, of course, no refund possible. None of the assigned attorneys knew how to handle my legal status, despite claiming they did. The first attorney didn’t even know my correct citizenship. I was never allowed to review the final package. Fast forward to November 2022, I received an RFE, but they refused to work on it immediately, claiming they were busy with other cases. They only started a week before the deadline after dozens of calls and emails. In May 2023, my case was denied. I requested to review the paperwork they sent, but they refused, claiming it was attorney's intellectual property. After consulting another attorney, I threatened to report them to the BAR, and magically, I received all my files within 45 minutes. Upon review, I discovered gross negligence and the lowest quality work, including documents from another client. They care only about charging outrageous fees, not about quality work. Attorney Wasung admitted in a meeting that he signed documents without reading them, missing obvious errors. I was never allowed to review the file. They stopped responding after I requested a refund of the $24,000 I paid for their services which were not professional at all. Stay away from this firm!!!

I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment with the level of service I received during my recent experience with your company.

From the outset, every email exchange took an exceptionally long time, often at least 15 days for even the simplest inquiries. This led to unnecessary delays and resulted in almost a year spent just collecting the required documents.

To make matters worse, after all this preparation, I was fortunate enough to win the DV lottery. However, I found myself compelled to cancel my application due to the overall inefficiency I experienced with your services. Despite this cancellation, I was shocked to discover that you refused to refund the fees I had paid.

After much back and forth, it took an additional three months for you to process the refund for the government fees. This entire process has been frustrating and completely unacceptable.

I firmly believe that your customers deserve better service and communication. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and lead to improvements for future clients.
