THEY’LL TAKE YOUR ORDER AND MONEY AND WILL DELIVER YOU ZERO PRODUCT!!!

THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAMMING COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED....I ORDERED MY ITEM FROM THEM SINCE 1/9/20 AND STILL IS WAITING....SENT THEM SEVERAL EMAIL ABOUT MY REFUND AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUND AND THAT MY ITEM WOULD BE IN THE MAIL...STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT ...THEN SENT MORE EMAILS ONLY TO GET AN ANSWER THAT BECAUSE OF THE COVID-19 FOR THE DELAY....TI IS NOW 3 MONTHS AND I STILL CAN NOT GET MY ITEM OR MY REFUND.....STILL WAITING!!!!!!

Hazelworld is the BIGGEST SCAM! I ordered in feb 2020, its april now and I havent received anything. I asked for a refund over 10 times and they have excuses for everything. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SITE! DO NOT ORDER!

I would give these JOKERS 0 stars if i could! I cannot believe i got scammed!! This is why i ONLY order from Amazon! I ordered something costing $30 and I never recieved it! Its 2 months later and I still don't have it! I wish i knew how to stop their thieving business! Man they got me LIVID!!!

Still haven’t received my order. They tell you they’re gonna check to see what’s going on with the shipment but don’t get back to you about anything unless you keep reaching out to them. I’m going to report them. Big scam site. DO NOT order anything from them. Waiting on my merchandise or return of my money.

I too ordered from them in February and they have yet to ship out my product. I have emailed them several times and EACH time they have an excuse as to WHY the product has not shipped!! Just disputed the charge with my credit card company. Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering!!!! I too will share this review with as many as possible. I plan on going on YouTube and share this info!!

My experience has been exactly the same as Chad’s even to the wording of hazelworlds reply’s. Do not do business with this company. I’m sure just as Chad is that my money is gone for good.

Hazelworld.com is most likely a scam website. I've placed an order with them on Dec 18 2019, "Order #7676 confirmed". Here's my story:
ME: "It's been 2 months since I placed this order. Do you have any updates about it? Is it on its way or do I need to ask for a refund? Thanks!"

THEM: "Thank you for your email to notify us of your dissatisfaction. It has come to our attention that your order did not ship yet.
But could we offer you reship for this item(s)? We would like to correct our blunder on this should you allow us.
We will be waiting for your response and proceed on from there."

ME: "Thank you for your reply. I would still like to get that product. Can you please reship it? Thanks!"

THEM: "In this case, we will be reshipping you another item.

I will be forwarding this request to our team. You will be receiving a Shipping Confirmation email that will contain a tracking number for the reshipped item so that you will be able to track its movement.
If after 3 days, you have not received the Confirmation for this request, please do email us to follow-up."

ME: "It's been 5 days now and I haven't received the Shipping Confirmation for the order that should have been reshipped. Please advice how to proceed, thank you!"

THEM: "Sorry for the delayed of your order. Rest assured we are expediting it."

ME: "...after not even initializing the delivery of an order for 2 months and after failing to resend it within 3 days after promising the client that I would send it within 3 days, I would never have the courage to reply to the customer with the wording "rest assured". I am far from being assured of anything when it comes to getting the product that I've already paid for from you. This has been my first interaction with Hazel World and you can realize that it's also going to be my last. I really hope that my case is rather singular else your business is bound to fail over the long run.
I will wait for 3 more days. If I don't get a tracking number for the order, I will issue a fraud report with my bank and tell my story on every reviews website that mentions your brand, "rest assured" of that."

THEM: No reply

ME: "Another 3 days have passed since your last reassurance and no order update has been sent to me. I would like a full REFUND for my order. Please let me know when it's processes and how long it takes to reach my account.
P.S. This is my worst online shopping experience EVER."

THEM: No reply even 10 days after asking for the refund.

UPDATE 1: Hazelworld is adding blackmail to the mix :(

ME: "Just writing to let you know that, after not receiving any reply to my refund request, I have initiated a fraud report with my bank and have shared my experience with Hazelworld on several reviews and scam websites. You can claim the accounts and reply to my reviews here: Trustpilot, Scamadviser

Will be posting my story on other such websites over the next days."

THEM: "Hey, if you will remove those reviews we will refund you. Let me know. Thanks "

Update 2: After letting them know that not only will I not remove the reviews but I will post even more of them, Hazel World did eventually process my refund. I have no doubt that if I would have forgotten about it or didn't insist on it by publishing my story, they would have left me in a limbo state forever.
