Really impressed with Danny from the start, he got to the bottom of a tricky problem with our boiler that had been troublesome for many weeks now, and noone seemed able to solve it - until Danny came along. On time, professional and friendly - we can't thank you enough Danny and will be recommending you far and wide!

Have been utilising Danny's expertise for a couple of years now and I can't recommend HBR highly enough. Our heating system sucks but Danny has been working miracles from Day One. He'll reply right away to panic texts and is always helpful. I never feel as if I'm being ripped off.

Danny was super quick in his response and diagnosis. He then remained available by whatsapp to troubleshoot issues we had. He's friendly, professional and punctual.

Danny was quick to respond and identify the problem with our heating immediately. Despite other gas service companies over the past few years glossing over the problems Danny acted and we are now benefiting from a heating system fit for purpose. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others and in fact have done to a close friend in need of his talent and skills.

Once again this company (Danny) is amazing. Great service, kept in contact. Had an emergency where the tap had come off my sink, he fixed it no probs and cleaned the area up afterwards.. no mess left. What a star thank you.

What a legend! I called Danny to fix my underfloor heating when he was recommended on a local forum. I’d already had someone out to look at the problem, he quoted me almost £5k to fix. Danny fixed it on his first call out! There were other parts that needed to be replaced, but the cost was still less than 1/4 of the original con artist. Knowing I have a young son and a cold house, Danny came out of hours, always communicating in advance. He didn’t charge me until after the job was completed despite having to order parts. He’s really restored my faith, we have a lovely toasty warm home and I will be recommending him to everyone I know. Oh and he also gave me a carbon monoxide alarm for free as he was leaving as he noticed I didn’t have one. Lovely guy, brilliant service. I’d give 6 stars if I could!

Really great service by Danny. We didn’t even wait an hour before he arrived to fix our heater, and it’s working perfectly again. Super friendly, responsive and helpful — highly recommended!

Danny, you are an absolute star!

We've been having an issue with radiators in our home for ages and had various tradesmen come, fail to resolve the issue and still take payment.

Danny came and in under five minutes diagnosed the problem, fixed the issue and advised on how to maintain the radiators. As well as advised on a future boiler upgrade. Then made himself available to advise on minor fixes via WhatsApp.

This is a business I will be referring to others in the future and using for many years to come.

Really great - called out on a Sunday morning and was able to repair very quickly. Much cheaper than some of the other technicians

Fast, knowledgeable and user friendly advice on our gas boiler. Left me feeling comfortable and safe in my home!

Danny got back to me really quickly and came to fix my boiler out of work hours, and fixed it in about 10 minutes! Very impressed and definitely recommend HBR to anyone.

Contacted HBR on a Saturday night at 10PM and the technician walked me through various steps to attempt to fix my boiler which suddenly and sadly has seemed to passed on. Spent 30 minutes trying to troubleshoot the issue and was very responsive, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Although my issue was not able to be resolved as the boiler had passed on; they were extremely helpful in diagnosing and finding a sound resolution. I highly recommend HBR, should you face issues with your heating as well.

We’ve lived in East Dulwich for fifteen years and our experience with HBR — and Danny — was the best call out experience to date! He analysed the problem with our boiler quickly, explained everything brilliantly, and was thorough, professional and great to have around. His pricing is really transparent and fair and his aftercare (follow up texts , advice ) was exceptional. We’re very glad to have found him and would highly recommend !!

Had issues with our heating system. I was recommended Danny by a neighbour and it was a great recommendation! I am aware it’s a busy time of year and he still managed to keep up updated when he was unable to come straight away but arrived the next day and then came the day after to fit a new heating pump. A great friendly chap, reasonable rates too thank you Danny!

Really excellent experience. Danny was quick to respond, really helpful on the phone, and came to fix my boiler within hours. Appreciated everything being explained clearly and a really reasonable price for all the work done. Would use again and highly recommend.
