I needed a service for a gas leak. Positive Energy Heating was listed on Trustpilot. From the initial call to fixing the leak was a positive experience. Jay gave me information to understand where & the leak was happening.
I found Jay to be approachable with questions. I was dreading the cost but pleasantly surprised that it was less than expected. It was a bit job with replacing piping etc.

Have been using Positive Energy for a few years and have never been disappointed by their professionalism and care in getting things right. They have done large and small jobs for me recently, a 5-bedroom, 1,200,000 house refurb with a whole new boiler system and piping throughout.

So nice to find a really professional, businesslike plumbing company that charges sensible prices. Every time I have used this company they get the job done properly, and when I get the bill I always think, yes that was good value. Definitely recommend.

Positive Energy Heating came to the rescue when we found we had a leak linked to our boiler. We found them through the Gas Safety website and I'm so pleased we did! Jae is incredibly professional and skilled. He explained everything really clearly and did a great job fixing the leak and explaining what could be done to prevent future problems. He brings a perfect balance of friendliness and efficiency, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

James is a life lifesaver. . We had a pipe burst in our boiler which flooded the garage. The speed and relentlessness that was used to get us back up and running.
It took three days to get the boiler back to normal due to waiting for some parts He always communicated what was happening, and he got hot water running into our home on the first day! Which we thought was not possible
